2023 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:08.08 at the Portland Track Festival (6/3-4)...Closed out his season in the 1,500 meters at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/12-13), finishing in 4:09.14...Ran his first 1,500-meter race as a Viking, finishing in 4:07.82 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29)...Set a new personal best in the 800 meters with his time of 2:05.22 at the Larry Byerly L&C Invite (4/14-15)...Ran his first 400-meter race as a Viking, finishing in 56.26 seconds at the Pacific Open (4/1).
 

2023 INDOOR:

Opened his season at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), running the mile in 4:36.05...Ran the mile again at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5), finishing in 4:42.70.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 92nd overall out of 345 runners at the L&C Invite (10/15), finishing the 8k in 26:32.7 as the team's seventh runner...Made his Viking debut at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/1), finishing 112th overall in the 8k in a time of 27:40.4.
 

BOZEMAN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL:

2020 Montana AA State champion in cross country…Ran the fastest time in the state of Montana during the 2020 cross country season, finishing in 15:39.8…Led his high school team to a third-place finish at the Montana AA State meet…Montana Gatorade Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year…Two-time all-state honoree in cross country…Won back-to-back state team titles at the 2018 and 2019 cross country state meet…Named an Academic All-State recipient during the 2019 cross country season…Earned all-state honors during the 2019 track season when he was the fastest sophomore in the state of Montana while finishing sixth in the 3,200 meters…Won the 1,600-meter title at the Big Sky State Games as a freshman in 2018.
