2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 30th overall while running the 6k in 24:03.3 at the Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/16) where the Vikings won the team race by a single point...Finished 7th in the Vikings' lineup while placing 63rd overall at the Linfield Harrier Classic (9/1), running the 4k in 16:14.8.
 

2023 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 1,500 meters in 5:06.95 at the Portland Track Festival (6/3-4)...Competed at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/12-13), running the 1,500 meters in 4:58.02...Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:50.63 at the Portland Twilight (5/6)...Shaved more than two seconds off her personal best in the 800 meters while finishing in 2:20.95 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29)...Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters at the Larry Byerly L&C Invite (4/14-15), finishing in 4:47.69...Competed in the 800 (2:27.40) and ran a leg on one of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay teams (4:18.50) at the Pacific Open (4/1)...Set a new personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:23.03 at the season-opening L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18)...Also part of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that won the event in 4:12.32.
 

2023 INDOOR:

Opened her season at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5), finishing in the 800 meters in 2:27.20.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Finished 77th out of 261 runners at the L&C Invite (10/15), crossing the line in the 6k in 23:50.2...Placed 46th overall in the 5k at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/1) in a time of 19:26.2...Finished 33rd overall at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), crossing the line in the women's 5k in 21:30.3.

2022 OUTDOOR:

Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14), finishing in 4:47.82 in her final race of the season...Followed up a new seasonal best in the 1,500 meters (4:54.70) with a new personal best in the 800 meters (2:23.75) the following day of the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Ran her first 1,500-meter race of the season at the L&C Invite (4/16), finishing in 5:03.10...Shaved 3.5 seconds off her seasonal best in the 800 meters at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2), finishing in 2:32.88...Made her outdoor debut at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), running the 800 meters in 2:36.23.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Shaved six seconds off her 800-meter personal best while finishing in 2;26.38 at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13)...Made her season debut at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5), finishing the mile in 5:55.30.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a new personal best in the 6k while finishing in 22:48.3 and 31st overall at the L&C Invite (10/16)...Improved her time in the 6k from the Mike Johnson Classic (9/24) by more than a full minute at the L&C Invite...Ran the 4k at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3) in 15:52.5, finishing 44th overall.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Finished the 1,500 in 4:57.07 at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14-15)...Ran the 1,500 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1), finishing in 5:04.92...Ran her first 5k as a Viking, finishing in 18:23.02 at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/3)...Set a new 1,500-meter personal best while placing third in a time of 4:48.55 at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Classic (3/20).
 

2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 52nd overall as the Vikings' fifth runner at the Big Sky Cross Country Winter Championships (2/27), finishing in 19:36.7.
 

2020 INDOOR:

Ran the mile in 5:33.30, placing 10th in her section at the SPU Final Qualifier (2/29)...Knocked another nine seconds off her personal best in the mile while placing fifth in 5:16.31 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/22-23)...Shaved close to eight seconds off her previous best in the mile while finishing in 5:25.31 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Placed 11th while running the 800 meters in 2:32.98 at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26)...Opened her season at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/10-11), finishing the mile in 5:33.18. 
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed as the Vikings' seventh runner at the Big Sky Championships (11/2) and NCAA West Regional (11/15)...Made her Viking debut at the Cougar Classic (9/13), finishing the 6k in 23:13.8.
