2014 OUTDOOR:

2014 INDOOR:
Broke the school record in the indoor mile with a time of 4:51.32 at the UW Invitational (2/1/14)…Moved up to No. 2 all-time in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:38.50 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/18/14)…Also cracked five minutes in the mile at the Husky Classic (2/15/14), finishing in 4:57.99…Competed in the mile and 3,000 meters at the Big Sky Championships (3/1/14) for Portland State.

2013 CROSS COUNTRY:
Became the Vikings' first All-Big Sky honoree since 1999 with a seventh-place finish at the Big Sky Championships (11/2)...Her seventh-place finish at the Big Sky Championships tied the highest-ever finish at the conference meet by a PSU runner (Melissa Telford also placed seventh in 1999)...Paced the Vikings at all five meets she competed in during the season...Finished second at the Oak Knoll Loop Run, running the 5,000-meter course in 17:30.21.

2013 OUTDOOR:
Did not compete.

2013 INDOOR:
Competed at two meets during the season before suffering an injury…Placed 18th in the 3,000 meters at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 12) in 10:11.51…Part of the Vikings’ Distance Medley Relay team that placed 20th at the UW Invitational (Jan. 26) in 12:48.55.
 
2012 CROSS COUNTRY:
Finished as the Vikings' second runner at all seven events during the season...Recorded two top-ten finishes during the season, placing third overall at the Concordia/Puma Classic (10/13) and 10th overall at the Beaver Classic (10/20).

2012 OUTDOOR:
Finished top 10 in every event she ran in during the outdoor season…Tallied a personal-best time of 4:31.51 in the 1,500 meters during the Pacific Twilight (April 27)…Took first in the 800 meters during the Pacific Twilight (April 27) with a time of 2:12.08…Placed fifth at the Big Sky Championship in the 800 meters with a time of 2:13.38.
 
2012 INDOOR: 
Ran in seven events during the indoor track season…Competed primarily in the 800 meters and the distance medley…Recorded a season-best time of 2:12.50 in the 800-meter event at the UW Husky Classic (Feb. 11)…Ran 12:13.94 in the distance medley at the UW Invitational, coming in 8th.

Competed two years at Eastern Oregon University (2009-11)…Two-time all-conference in the 800 and 1,500 meters…All-American in indoor track for the 800 meters (2011).

Participated in cross country, basketball and track and field at McKenzie High School…Six-time 1A state champion in track…Best Athlete and Best Student-Athlete twice (2008, 2009).
