2023 INDOOR:

Knocked 15 seconds off his 3k personal best while finishing in 8:30.87 at the UW Invitational (1/27-28)...Shaved more than nine seconds off his personal best while winning his section of the mile at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), finishing in 4:18.03.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Finished 142nd overall at the NCAA West Regional (11/11) with a 10k time of 31:16.4...Placed as the team's third runner at the Big Sky Championships, as the Vikings set a record with a third-place finish at the meet...Finished 18th overall at the Big Sky meet while setting a new personal best in the 8k with his time of 24:27.1...One of Placed 96th overall as the team's sixth runner at Pre-Nationals (10/15), finishing the 8k in 25:05.3...Set a new 8k personal best with his time of 24:35.6 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23), where he placed 34th overall...Finished 12th overall at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), crossing the line in the men's 6k in 19:09.77.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Ran his first-ever 10k at elevation at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/11-14), placing 16th overall in 31:52.57...Shaved another second off of his personal best in the 1,500 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30), finishing in 3:52.69...Also ran his first 800-meter race as a Viking at the OSU Meet, finishing in 1:57.06...Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/14-15), finishing in 3:53.92...Shaved 22 seconds off his personal best in the 5k while finishing a hair out of the all-time top 10 with a finish in 14:29.77 at the Hayward Premiere (4/1-2)...Posted the top time on the team in the 1,500 meters at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), finishing more than four seconds faster than his opener last year with his time of 3:55.94...Also ran the 5k at the L&C Spring Break Open, finishing in 15:25.85.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Moved up to seventh all-time in the 6k while finishing in 18:51.7 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where he finished 11th overall.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 5k for the Vikings at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15), finishing 19th in a time of 15:16.78...Knocked another two seconds off his personal best in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 3:54.01 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1)...Shaved four seconds off his personal best in the 1,500 meters while cracking four minutes for the first time with a time of 3:56.41 at the Lewis & Clark Invite (4/17)...Finished as the Vikings' top runner in the 5,000 meters at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/3), crossing the line in 14:52.12...Led a group of 11 Vikings in the 1,500 meters at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Classic (3/20), setting a new personal best with a time of 4:00.28.
 

2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 39th overall as the Vikings' fourth runner at the Big Sky Cross Country Winter Championships (2/27), finishing in 25:55.8...Moved up to eighth all-time in 8,000-meter races at 4,000 feet or above.

2020 INDOOR:

Ran the fastest time by a Viking freshman in the 3k since 2016 while finishing in 8:45.53 at the SPU Final Qualifier (2/29)...Won the mile as part of a 1-2-3-4 Portland State finish in the event at the Portland Indoor Three (2/22-23)...Knocked seven seconds off his personal best in the mile with his time of 4:27.93 at the Portland Indoor Three...Shaved 32 seconds off his seasonal best in the 3k while finishing in 8:56.04 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Ran the mile in 4:34.81 at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26)...Opened his season with a time of 9:28.12 in the 3,000 meters at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/10-11).
