2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 235th overall as the Vikings' fifth runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/10), running the 6k in 23:43.2...Finished fourth in the Vikings' lineup and 63rd overall at the Big Sky Championships (10/27), running the 5k in 19:41.1...Shaved 16 seconds off her 6k personal best while finishing 138th overall in 22:51.6 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/14)...Placed 14th overall as the team's fourth runner at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/22), running the 6k in 23:11.9...Placed 21st overall as the Vikings' fifth runner at the Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/16), running the 6k in 23:08.3 as the Viking women won the team race by a single point...Finished 6th in the Vikings' lineup while placing 43rd overall at the Linfield Harrier Classic (9/1), running the 4k in 15:31.7.
 

2023 OUTDOOR:

Closed out her season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/12-13), running the 800 meters in 2:24.56...Moved up to 10th all time in the freshman record book with a six-second personal best in the 800 meters, finishing in 2:17.73 at the Larry Byerly L&C Invite (4/14-15)...Also ran her first outdoor 5k at the L&C Invite, finishing in 18:33.79...Ran the 1,500 meters (4:54.55) and a leg on one of the Vikings' two 4x400-meter relay teams (4:18.50) at the Pacific Open (4/1)...Made her outdoor debut at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18), running the 1,500 meters in 4:53.07...Also part of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that finished in 4:18.30.
 

2023 INDOOR:

Ran the mile and 3k at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25), finishing in 5:07.67 and 10:41.73...Ran her first 800-meter race as a Viking at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5), finishing in 2:22.82...Shaved 10 seconds off her personal best in the mile while moving up to sixth in the freshman record books with her time of 5:07.56 at the WSU Open (2/3-4)...Placed second in her heat while running the mile in 5:17.39 at the Portland Indoor One (1/22).
 

ROCKY MOUNTAIN HIGH SCHOOL:

Helped lead her Rocky Mountain High School cross country team to second-place finishes at district and state as a senior…Also helped her Grit XC Club team to a second-place finish at NXR Northwest Regional Championships as a senior…Finished 41st individually at the 2022 NXR Northwest Regional Championships…Honored with the Grizzly Grit award during her sophomore and senior cross country seasons, as well as her senior track season…Placed third in the 1,600 meters at the 2022 District 3 5A Varsity Track & Field Championships…Earned an academic award with a 3.5 GPA or above during all four years of high school.
