2025 CROSS COUNTRY:

Posted his first top 10 finish while leading the Vikings with a fifth-place finish at the Ash Creek Festival (9/12)...Also set a new personal best in the 6k at the Ash Creek Festival, finishing in 18:13.8 to move into a tie for third all-time at the distance at PSU.
 

2025 OUTDOOR:

Competed in the 1,500 and 5,000 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/16-17)...Nearly matched his personal best in the 1,500 meters at the conference meet, finishing the prelims in 3:57.90...Jumped up to fourth all-time in the freshman rankings of the 1,500 meters with a personal-best finish in 3:57.10 at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/18-19)...Broke the freshman record in the 5,000 meters with a finish in 14:45.84 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (4/3-4)...Debuted at sixth in the freshman rankings in the 1,500 meters with a finish in 3:58.76 at the Oregon Preview (3/21-22).
 

2025 INDOOR:

Moved up to fourth in the freshman record book in the 3k with a 12.5-second personal best of 8:35.98 at the Riverfront Invitational (2/7-8)...Broke a 14-year-old freshman record in the mile while winning his heat and setting an eight-second personal best with his finish in 4:16.04 at the UW Invitational (1/31-2/1)...Moved up to seventh all-time in the 1,000 meters with his finish in 2:34.02 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26/25)...Ran the fastest mile by a PSU freshman since 2016 while finishing in 4:24.32 at the Mile City meet (1/18)...Shaved more than 11 seconds off his 3k time with a finish in 8:48.52 at the Spokane Invitational (12/14)...Cracked nine minutes in the 3k in his opening race of the indoor season, finishing in 8:59.74 at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25).
 

2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran as the Vikings' third runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/15), finishing the 10k in 33:25.9 while placing 182nd overall...Placed 50th overall as the Vikings' second runner at the Big Sky Championships (11/1), running the 8k in 26:08.8...Ran the Bill Dellinger Invitational (10/11) in 26:27.7, placing 139th overall and 3rd in the team's lineup...Placed second in the Vikings' lineup and 71st overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5), running the 8k in 25:45.5....Moved up to sixth all-time in the 6k with a finish in 18:30.2 at the Gator Cross (9/14)...Placed 16th overall as the Vikings' third runner at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), finishing the 6k in 19:00.59.
