2015 OUTDOOR:
Ran at two meets during the season...Won the 800 meters at the Linfield Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker (3/7), finishing in 1:52.82...Moved up to ninth all-time in the 800 meters at Portland State with his time at the Linfield Icebreaker...Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters with his time of 4:14.58 at the Rose City Preview (3/21).

2015 INDOOR:
Part of distance medley relay team that broke a near-10-year school record with its time of 10:05.11 at the UW Invitational (1/30)...Moved into a tie for fifth all-time in the 800 meters with his time of 1:53.70 in the prelims of the event at the Big Sky Championships (2/27)...Placed sixth in the finals of the 800 meters at the Big Sky Championships (2/28)...Also scored for the Vikings as part of the distance medley relay team that placed seventh in the event at the Big Sky Championships (2/27)...Competed in the mile and 4x400-meter relay at the UW Indoor Preview (1/17), finishing the mile in 4:20.71, and the relay in 3:30.17.

2014 CROSS COUNTRY:
Ran a personal best for a cross country 8K at his only meet of the season, finishing the Big Sky XC Triangular in 27:02.

2014 OUTDOOR:
Predominately competed in the 800 meters during the season…Competed in the 800 meters at the Big Sky Championships (5/16), finishing 21st in the prelims of the event in 2:03.06…Ran a seasonal-best 1:52.85 in the 800 meters at the Stanford Invitational (4/5), moving him up to ninth all-time in the event at Portland State…Also broke two minutes in the 800 meters at the Oregon Relays (1:53.16 on April 18) and OSU High Performance meet (1:56.14 on May 2)…Ran the 400 meters at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge (4/12) in 51.25 seconds.

2014 INDOOR:
Moved into the top 10 of the 600, 800 and distance medley relay during the season…Moved up to No. 3 all-time in the 600 meters with a time of 1:24.99 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/18/14)…Moved up to No. 8 all-time in the 800 meters with a time of 1:54.88 at the Husky Classic (2/15/14)…Part of the Vikings’ distance medley relay team that moved up to No. 3 all-time in the event with a time of 10:16.83 at the UW Invitational (1/31/14)…Also part of the Vikings’ distance medley relay team that finished 10th at the Big Sky Championships (2/28/14) in 10:40.35, ranking him as part of the No. 9 all-time team as well.

2013 CROSS COUNTRY:
Recorded a season-best 8K time at the Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/21), running the distance in 27:03.22...Placed 54th overall at the team's home meet, the PSU Viking Classic, running the distance in 22:50.93.

Lettered in cross country and track and field during all four years of high school…Won two straight Oregon State 2A titles in the 800 meters (2012-13)…Also won a state title in the 4x400-meter relay in 2012.
