2023 OUTDOOR:

Competed in the 800 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/12-13)...Ran her first 800-meter race as a Viking at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29), and finished 10 seconds ahead of her prep personal best with a time of 2:13.74...Also ran the 1,500 meters at the OSU meet, finishing n 4:35.60...Finished the 1,500 meters in 4:35.34 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/13-15)...Set a 10-second personal best while becoming just the second runner since 2014 to enter the top 10 in the women's 1,500 meters with her finish in 4:32.32 at the Pacific Open (4/1)...Also ran her first outdoor 5k as a Viking at the Pacific Open, finishing in 17:29.50.
 

2023 INDOOR:

Shaved five seconds off her personal best in the mile while placing second in her heat in 5:02.51 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25)...Made her season debut at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5), finishing second overall in the mile in 5:07.89.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a new 6k personal best with a time of 21:18.3 at the NCAA West Regional (11/11), where she placed 127th overall...Finished 37th overall at the Big Sky Championships (10/28), crossing the line in the 5k in 18:04.0...Placed 119th overall as the Vikings' sixth runner at Pre-Nationals (10/15), finishing the 6k in 22:37.1...Rounded out the Vikings' team score at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23), placing as the team's fifth runner and 55th overall in the 6k in a time of 21:59.4...Finished 19th overall at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), crossing the line in the women's 5k in 19:35.4.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Shaved four-and-a-half seconds off her personal best in the 1,500 meters, finishing in 4:42.23 while closing her season out at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14)...Ran the 1,500 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30), finishing in 4:53.63...Won her heat while knocking another 10 seconds off of her personal best in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 4:46.71 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/14-15)...Shaved 15 seconds off her 1,500-meter time from two weeks ago while finishing in 4:56.35 at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2)...Made her outdoor debut at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), running the 1,500 meters in 5:11.43.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Made her indoor season debut at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5), finishing the 3k in 10:37.54.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Helped the Vikings place 11th at the NCAA West Regional (11/12), tied for the team's best finish ever at the meet...Finished the women's 6k at the NCAA West Regional 101st overall in 21:47.0...Set a new 5k personal best by 44 seconds while placing 36th overall in 17:42.3...Helped the Vikings record a program-best finish at the Big Sky Championships (10/29), where they placed 3rd as a team to beat their previous best by two spots...Shaved more than 90 seconds off her 6k time at the Roy Griak Invitational while finishing in 21:27.9 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/16)...Made her Viking debut at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/24), where she finished 87th overall in the women's 6k in a time of 23:00.4 over the hilly course.

State champion in the 1,600 meters at the 2021 IHSA 1A meet…Three-time IHSA 1A Cross Country All-State honoree, placing as high as sixth as a junior in 2019…Led her team to the IHSA 1A state title during the 2019 cross country season…Team won the 2020 XC Championships hosted by Shazam, the unofficial state cross country meet during her COVID-affected senior season…Earned IHSA 1A Track & Field All-State honors in the 3,200 meters after placing eighth as a freshman in 2018…Placed 80th at the 2019 Nike Cross Country Midwest Regional as a junior…Named the All Star Preps Best of Rock River Valley Runner of the Year for both the 2020 cross country season and the 2021 track season…Two-time Big Northern Cross Country champion (2018, 2020)…Four-time 1A Regional Cross Country champion (2017-20)…Set the school records in the indoor 3,200 meters and cross country three-mile race…Placed eighth at the 2020 XC Championships hosted by Shazam (the unofficial cross country state meet during her COVID-affected 2020 season)…2019 Big Northern Conference champion in the 1,600 meters…Two-time sectional champion in the 3,200 meters (2018, 2019), and won another section championship in the 1,600 meters as a freshman in 2018.

Competed for the Rockford Wildcats from 2014-17…Placed third in the 3k within the 11-12 age group at the 2014 AAU Cross Country Nationals at the University of Kansas…Also competed for the Byron Tiger Sharks Swimming Club from 2011-15.
