Set a new 6k personal best at the Ash Creek Festival (9/12), finishing in 20:08.5 while placing 33rd overall...Placed 64th overall at the Lewis & Clark Opener (8/29), running the 5k in 16:51.96.
 

2025 OUTDOOR:

Bettered his 10k personal best by 22 seconds at the Pac-12 Open (5/10), finishing in 34:17.31...Moved up to sixth in the freshman rankings in the 10k while shaving 85 seconds off his personal best with his finish in 34:39.69 at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/18-19)...Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters with a finish in 4:17.95 at the John Knight Twilight (4/11-12)...Shaved nearly 50 seconds off his 5k personal best while finishing in 16:34.51 at the L&C Electric Forest Opener (3/8).
 

2025 INDOOR:

Made his indoor debut at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25), running the 3k in 9:46.42.
 

2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran the 8k at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (10/11) in 28:04.8, placing 149th overall...Placed 189th overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5), running the 8k in 27:45.6...Shaved 50 seconds off the 6k personal best he set two weeks earlier, finishing in 20:24.3 at the Gator Cross (9/14)...Placed 91st overall at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), running the 6k in 21:14.15.
