2025 OUTDOOR:

Shaved 11 seconds off his personal best in the 10k with a finish in 34:38.38 at the Pac-12 Open (5/10)...Ran his first outdoor 10k at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/18-19), finishing in 34:49.34...Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters with a finish in 4:29.61 at the John Knight Twilight (4/11-12)...Shaved more than 36 seconds off his personal best in the 5k with his finish in 16:40.60 at the L&C Electric Forest Opener (3/8).
 

2025 INDOOR:

Cracked five minutes in the mile for the first time with his finish in 4:59.94 at the Portland Indoor 2 (2/9)...Ran the mile in 5:05.00 at the Mile City meet (1/18)...Shaved a second off his seasonal best in the 3,000 meters while finishing in 10:08.75 at the Spokane Invitational (12/14)...Made his season debut at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25) while running the 3k in 10:09.85.
 

2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 223rd overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5), running the 8k in 28:49.1...Shaved 37 seconds off the 6k personal best he set two weeks earlier, finishing in 21:01.0 at the Gator Cross (9/14)...Placed 106th overall at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), running the 6k in 21:38.83.
 

2024 OUTDOOR:

Ran his second 5k of the season at the Portland Track Festival (6/8-9,) finishing in 17;31.83...Shaved close to half a second off his 800-meter personal best, finishing in 2:13.90 at the Portland Twilight (5/4)...Bettered his personal best in the 800 meters at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/13), finishing in 2:14.35...Doubled in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational (4/6), finishing in 2:18.83 and 4:43.28, respectively...Set personal bests in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Electric Forest Collegiate Open (3/16), finishing in 2:15.58 and 4:30.07, respectively...Made his outdoor debut at the Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker (3/2), running the 800 meters in 2:18.61.
 

2024 INDOOR:

Finished the 3k in 9:52.20 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/4)...Ran his first 1k at the Portland Indoor One (1/21), finishing in 2:56.03...Made his season debut at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13), running the 600 meters in 1:38.23.
 

2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 192nd overall as the Vikings' fourth runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/10), running the 10k in 35:13.1...Finished fourth in the Vikings' lineup and 71st overall at the Big Sky Championships (10/27), running the 8k in 28:30.3...Shaved 95 seconds off his 8k personal best while finishing 139th overall in 27:24.3 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/14)...Knocked another 30 seconds off his 8k personal best with a finish in 28:59.9 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/30) where he placed 184th overall...Shaved 70 seconds off his 8k time while finishing 56th overall in 29:29.3 at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/22)...Made his Viking debut at the Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/16), finishing the 8k in 30:39.9.
