Made his second appearance of the season at the L&C Invite (10/15), placing 64th overall out of 345 runners while finishing the 8k in 25:56.4...Finished 28th overall at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), crossing the line in the men's 6k in 20:23.70.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Narrowly missed qualifying for the finals of the 1,500 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/11-14), placing 14th in the prelims in 3:58.23...Also ran the prelims of the 800 meters at the Big Sky meet, finishing in 1:57.11...Doubled in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30), finishing in 1:54.72 in the 800 and 3:52.86 in the 1,500 meters...Moved up to fifth all-time in the 1,500 meters with a new personal best of 3:50.10 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/14-15)...Ran his first 1,500-meter of the season at the Hayward Premiere (4/1-2), finishing in 3:51.38...Ran the 1,500 meters again a day after the Hayward Premiere and won the event by more than six seconds at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2), finishing in 3:54.77 despite running the whole race by himself...Placed fourth in the 5k with a time of 14:49.15 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19).

Helped the Vikings place sixth in the distance medley relay at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26), their highest finish since 2012...Ran the opening 1,200-meter leg of the Vikings' DMR team that finished in 10:18.24...Ran his first indoor 800 at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13), finishing in 1:57.95...Shaved two seconds off his personal best in the mile while moving up to ninth all-time in the event with his finish in 4:13.36 at the Husky Classic (2/11-12)...Led a trio of Vikings in the mile at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5) while moving up to 10th all-time in the event with his time of 4:15.71...Placed second in a podium sweep for the Vikings in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23)...Shaved 13 seconds off his personal best in the 3k with a finish in 8:31.47 at the Portland Indoor Two.

Part of the Vikings' best finish ever at the NCAA West Regional (11/12), as the team placed eighth -- eight spots better than their previous best finish ever at the meet...Finished 127th overall in 32:32.3 at the NCAA West Regional...Placed 41st overall in 25:08.4 as the Vikings' fourth finisher at the Big Sky Championships (10/29)...Moved up to 10th all-time in the 8k while finishing in 24:23.4 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/16)...Helped the Vikings record a 37-point victory over second-place Cal Poly at the Bronco Invite, placing as the team's fourth runner and 28th overall...Scored for the Vikings at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/24), where he helped lead the Vikings to victories over three other regionally ranked teams while placing 104th overall as the Vikings' fifth runner in 26:24.9...Moved up to 10th all-time in the 6k while finishing in 19:06.1 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where he placed 13th overall.

Placed 17th in the prelims of the 1,500 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15), finishing with a time of 3:57.40...Set personal bests in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1), finishing in 1:53.31 and 3:50.77, respectively...Ran his third straight 3:51 1,500 meters at the Oregon Relays (4/23-24), as he finished in 3:51.17...Finished the 1,500 meters in 3:51.53 at the Hayward Premiere (4/2)...Ran the fastest 1,500-meter time since 2004 while shaving five seconds off his personal best with a time of 3:51.04 at the Texas Relays (3/25)...Moved up to sixth all-time in the 1,500 meters following his time at the Texas Relays...Won the 5,000 meters while shaving over 45 seconds off his personal best with a time of 14:47.81 at the OSU PNW Team Clash (3/13).

Placed 26th overall in 25:24.4 as the Vikings' No. 2 runner at the Big Sky Cross Country Winter Championships (2/27)...Moved up to fourth all-time in 8,000-meter races at 4,000 feet or above with her time at the Big Sky meet.
 

2020 INDOOR:

Scored for the Vikings as part of the team’s Distance Medley Relay team that placed eighth at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27-29)...DMR team ran the eighth-best time in school history at the Big Sky meet...Shaved 11 seconds off his personal best in the mile while finishing in 4:21.06 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Made his season debut with a time of 8:44.88 in the 3k at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26).
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Broke his own freshman record in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 3:56.26 in the prelims of the event at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/8-11)...Won his section of the 1,500 meters at the OSU High Performance meet (4/26-27) while cracking four minutes for a second time with a finish in 3:57.12...Ran his first 800-meter race as a Viking at the John Knight Twilight (4/5), finishing in 1:59.71...Posted the best 1,500-meter time by a Viking freshman since freshman records go back through the 2003 season while cracking four minutes for the first time with a finish in 3:56.34 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (3/29)...Ran the 5,000 meters in 15:33.70 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16).
