2025 CROSS COUNTRY:
Narrowly missed his first top 10 finish at the Ash Creek Festival (9/12), placing 11th overall while running the 6k in 18:55.0...Placed 16th overall as the Vikings' third runner at the Lewis & Clark Opener (8/29), running the 5k in 15:53.02.
2024 CROSS COUNTRY:
Nearly recorded a top 10 mark in the 6k at the Gator Cross (9/14) while improving his time at the distance from two weeks ago by nearly a full minute with his finish in 18:52.4...Placed 43rd overall as the Vikings' sixth runner at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), running the 6k in 19:48.66.

Placed fifth at the WIAA 3A State Cross Country Championships – the highest finish in his school’s history…WIAA Cliff Gillies Award recipient…Voted Most Inspirational on his cross country team as a sophomore…Two-time all-league first-team selection in cross country (2022, 2023), and one-time second-team honoree (2021)…All-league first-team honoree in track (2023)…Captained his cross country team to back-to-back WIAA District 1 championships (2022, 2023)…Also captained his track team to a WIAA District 1 Track & Field championship in 2024…Won four league titles with his cross country (2022, 2023) and track & field (2023, 2024) teams…Competed with his high school teammates at the New Balance Nationals Indoor meet, placing eighth in the championship 4xMile relay…Placed third with his teammates in the 4x800-meter relay at Nike Outdoor Nationals (2023)…Set the school record in the 4x800-meter relay with a finish in 7:57.25 at the first meet of his senior year…Also set the school record and the No. 2 time in Washington state history in the DMR, finishing in 10:22.06 at the 2024 Oregon Relay…Also played two years of soccer in high school while also playing for the Seattle United club team from 2018-23.
