2024 OUTDOOR:

Doubled in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/10-11), placing 17th (2:16.30) and 14th (4:39.82), respectively, in the prelims of each event...Shaved a second off her 1,500-meter personal best despite rainy conditions at the Oregon Twilight (5/3), finishing in 4:32.98...Ran the first outdoor 5k of her career at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/26), finishing in 17:26.54...Set an overall best in the 800 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/12-13), finishing in 2:14.05...Shaved another three seconds off her 1,500-meter personal best with a finish in 4:33.94 at the Oregon Preview (3/23)...Won the 800 meters in 2:18.27 at the Electric Forest Collegiate Open (3/16), while setting a personal best in the 1,500 meters at 4:37.28 at the same meet...Made her outdoor debut at the Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker (3/2), placing fourth in the 1,500 meters in 4:43.88.

Won the first section of the mile at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-24), placing two seconds ahead of everyone else in 5:03.15 and placing 13th overall...Shaved three seconds off her personal best in the 800 meters while finishing in 2:15.93 in the prelims of the Big Sky indoor meet...Shaved six seconds off her personal best in the mile while winning the event in 5:01.64 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/18)...Also anchored the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that won the event at the Portland Indoor Three in a seasonal-best 4:12.64...Ran her first 3k as a Vik, finishing in 10:13.11 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/4)...Moved up to fourth all-time in the women's 1k with a finish in 3:00.28 at the Portland Indoor One (1/21)...Won her section of the 800 meters while setting a new personal best of 2:19.08 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13/24)...Opened her season at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (12/2), running the mile in 5:07.30.
 

2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

Passed 43 runners from the 1.5-mile split to the end of the 6k at the NCAA West Regional (11/10), placing 143rd overall in 21:50.7...Finished third in the Vikings' lineup and 52nd overall at the Big Sky Championships (10/27), running the 5k in 19:10.1...Shaved just under 50 seconds off her personal best in the 6k while finishing 83rd overall in 21:58.1 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/14)...Placed 13th overall as the Vikings' fourth runner at the Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/16), finishing in 22:47.7 as the Viking women won the team race by a single point...Finished 5th in the Vikings' lineup while placing 41st overall at the Linfield Harrier Classic (9/1), running the 4k in 15:23.2.
 

2023 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/12-13)...Placed 11th in the finals of the 1,500 meters at the Big Sky meet...Set a new personal best the 1,500 meters for the third time of the season while finishing in 4:41.35 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28/23)...Also ran the 800 in 2:19.68 at the OSU meet...Knocked another seven seconds off her personal best in the 1,500 meters with a finish in 4:41.59 at the Larry Byerly L&C Invite (4/14-15)...Shaved 21 seconds off her personal best in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 4:48.24 at the Pacific Open (4/1)...Also part of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that set a seasonal best with its finish in 4:11.43...Set a new personal best in the 800 meters while finishing seventh overall in 2:18.12 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18)...Also ran a leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that won the event in 4:12.32.
 

2023 INDOOR:

Knocked three seconds off her personal best in the 800 meters while finishing in 2:20.31 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25)...Shaved close to three seconds off her personal best in the 800 meters at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5), finishing in 2:23.75...Also ran a leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay at the Portland Indoor Two, which finished in 4:21.56...Opened her season at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), running the 800 meters in 2:26.59.

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 49th overall out of 261 runners at the L&C Invite (10/15), finishing the 6k in 23:16.6...Made her season debut at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/1), finishing 28th overall in 18:57.4.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Made her outdoor debut at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14), where she finished the 1,500 meters in 5:09.90.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Made her Viking debut at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), finishing the 4k race as the team's sixth runner and 30th overall with a time of 15:13.1.
