2014 INDOOR:
Competed at two meets for the Vikings during the season…Moved up to eighth all-time in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:36.85 at the UW Invitational (1/31/14)…Also ran the mile in 4:27.99 at the UW Invitational…Finished the 3,000 meters in 9:00.30 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/18/14).

2013 CROSS COUNTRY:
Recorded his best finish within the team at the Big Sky Championships, finishing as the Vikings' second runner while placing 45th overall in 26:56.14...Finished in the Vikings' top five in five of the team's six meets during the season...Recorded a season-best 8K time at the Oak Knoll Loop Run, running the distance in 26:05.14.

WEST VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL: 
Lettered in both cross country running and cross country skiing in high school…Earned nine athletic letters in total, earning four in cross country running, four in track and field and one in cross country skiing…Won the Alaska 4A State individual title in cross county (running) as a junior…Won a team state title in cross country (running) as a senior…Named the West Valley Athlete of the Year at the end of his junior year…Named the MVP of his track and field team as a sophomore, and the MVP of his cross country (running) team as a freshman and junior.
