2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Finished as the team's second runner at the NCAA West Regional (10k), finishing 41st overall in a new 10k personoal best of 29:24.8...His 10k time at the NCAA West Regional would have broken the track school record in the 10k had it been on an outdoor track...One of five Vikings to place in the top 25 at the Big Sky Championships (10/28), as the Vikings set a program record with a third-place finish at the meet...Finished fifth in the Vikings' lineup and 23rd overall at the Big Sky meet, crossing the line in 24:37.7...Placed 37th overall as the Vikings' second runner at Pre-Nationals (10/15), finishing the 8k in 24:23.8...Finished 15th overall at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23) while nearly cracking 24 minutes in the 8k for the second time in his career with his time of 24.02.7...Posted the highest finish ever by a Viking men's runner at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), placing second overall while finishing the men's 6k in 18:39.26.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30), finishing in 3:57.61...Shaved a second and change off of his personal best in the 5k while finishing in 14:12.71 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/14-15)...Ran in the invitational 5k at the Hayward Premiere (4/1-2), shaving a couple of seconds off his seasonal best in 14:25.53...Placed second overall in the 5k at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), finishing 22 seconds faster than his opener last season with a time of 14:27.47.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Ran the 3k at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26), placing 25th overall in 8:42.81...Broke the school record in the 5k, finishing two seconds under the old record with a time of 14:17.70 at the Husky Classic (2/11-12)...Came within four seconds of the school record in the 5k while moving up to second all-time with a finish in 14:23.35 at the UW Invitational (1/28-29)...Dipped under the old school record in the 3k while finishing just behind teammate Jordan MacIntosh with a time of 8:14.04 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/15).
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Led the Viking men to their best finish ever at the NCAA West Regional (11/12), as the team placed 8th overall -- eight spots ahead of their previous best finish at the meet...Placed 40th overall in 30:40.4 at the NCAA West Regional, moving him up to second all-time in the cross country 10k at Portland State...Part of a trio of Vikings who all finished in the top five together while cracking 24 minutes in the 8k for the first time at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/16)...Placed 5th overall in a time of 23:47.1 at the Bronco Invite, where the Vikings placed first as a team, 37 points ahead of second-place Cal Poly...Helped lead the Vikings to victories over three other regionally ranked teams at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/24), where he placed 42nd overall in 25:29.4 as the Vikings' third runner...Moved up to second all-time in the 6k while finishing in 18:13.8 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where she placed 6th overall.

2021 OUTDOOR:

Set a 32-second personal best of 31:21.59 while moving up to eighth all-time in the 10k despite running at elevation at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15)...Ran his first 1,500 as a Viking while finishing in 4:01.93 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1...Shaved 12 seconds off his personal best in the 5k, finishing in 14:14.00 at the Oregon Relays (4/23-24)...Ran the fastest 5,000-meter time by a Viking since 2001 with a time of 14:26.08 at the Hayward Premiere (4/2)...Moved up to fifth all-time in the 5,000 meters at Portland State with his time at the Hayward Premiere...Placed second in the 5,000 meters while running in 14:49.49 at the OSU PNW Team Clash (3/13).
 

2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY:

Led the Vikings with a 23rd-place finish at their only meet of the season, the 2021 Big Sky Cross County Winter Championships (2/27)...Ran the third-best time in an 8k race at above 4,000 feet of elevation, finishing in 25:13.4 at the Big Sky meet.
 

AT LUBBOCK CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY (2018-20):

Lone Star Conference champion in the indoor 3,000 and outdoor 10,000 meters as a freshman (2019)…Placed third at the Lone Star Conference Cross Country Championships during both years he was at the school…Placed 21st at the South Central Regional as a sophomore (2019), earning him all-regional honors…Four-time all-conference honoree between cross country and track while at Lubbock Christian…All-Academic team honoree for NCAA Division II in 2018…Freshman of the year for his cross country team in 2018.
 

TASCOSA HIGH SCHOOL:

Competed in soccer for four years and in track & field for only four months while in high school…Honorable mention all-league in soccer as a junior and senior (2017, 2018)…Newcomer of the Year for his track team in 2018.
