2015 CROSS COUNTRY:
Competed at two meets during the season...Finished as the Vikings' fifth runner at the Westmoreland Quintet (9/1), finishing the 5,000-meter course in 20:51.2...Also ran at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/11), finishing the 6,000-meter course in 25:34.54.
 

2015 OUTDOOR:
Competed in the 800 meters, 1,500 meters and 3,000-meter steeplechase...Set seasonal bests in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Rose City Preview (3/21), finishing in 2:26.21 and 4:51.92, respectively...Finished the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a seasonal-best 11:48.38 at the Oregon Relays (4/17).

2015 INDOOR:
Part of the Vikings' distance medley relay team that placed seventh in 12:45.84 at the Big Sky Championships (2/27)...Also part of the Vikings' distance medley relay team that moved up to second all-time in the event with a time of 12:13.26 at the UW Invitational (1/30)...Ran a seasonal best in the mile at the UW Indoor Preview (1/17), finishing in 5:07.07...Ran a leg on the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that finished in 4:27.47 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/17).

2014 CROSS COUNTRY:
Competed at four meets during the season...Ran a seasonal-best 22:59 for a 6K at the season-opening Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/5)...Came back from an injury to then compete in the Vikings' final three matches of the season.

2014 OUTDOOR:
Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Big Sky Championships (5/16), finishing 17th in 13:12.23…Ran a seasonal-best 11:44.17 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the OSU High Performance meet (5/2), moving up to sixth all-time in the event at Portland State…Also ran in the 800, 1,500 and 3,000 meters during the season…Ran a seasonal-best 2:25.89 in the 800 meters at the Willamette Invitational (3/29)…Ran a seasonal-best 4:46.22 in the 1,500 meters at the SF State Distance Carnival (4/4)…Ran a seasonal-best 10:26.76 in the 3,000 meters at the Oregon Preview (3/22).

2014 INDOOR:
Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:16.54 at the UW Invitational (2/1/14)…Ran a seasonal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:28.34 at the Husky Classic (2/15/14).

2013 CROSS COUNTRY:
Ran in all six of the Vikings' meets during the season...Finished as one of the Vikings' top five runners at four of the team's six meets...Placed as the Vikings' fourth runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/15).

2013 OUTDOOR:
Competed in the 800 and 1,500 meters each twice during the season…Set personal bests in the 800 meters (2:26.25) and 1,500 meters (4:56.16) at the Pacific Twilight (5/4/13)…Part of the Vikings’ 4x400-meter relay team that placed fifth at the Pacific Twilight in 4:17.09.

2013 INDOOR:
Placed third in the 800 meters at the Portland Indoor (2/17/13), running the distance in a PSU personal-best 2:27.92…Set a new personal best in the 3,000 meters at 11:02.28 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/12/13)…Part of the Vikings’ Distance Medley Relay team that placed 11th at the Big Sky Championships (2/23/13) in 13:05.34…Also part of the Vikings’ Distance Medley Relay team that placed 20th at the UW Invitational (1/26/13) in 12:48.55.

2012 CROSS COUNTRY:
Did not compete.

2012 OUTDOOR:
Participated in one event during the outdoor season...Recorded a time of 7:43.56 at the Oregon Preview in the 2,000-meter steeplechase.

2012 INDOOR:
Competed in three events during the indoor season...Recorded her best time in the mile run at the UW Husky Classic (Feb. 11) with a time of 5:21.50...Registered a time of 11:32.07 during the 3,000 meters at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 12).

2011 CROSS COUNTRY:
Ran in all six cross country races…Earned Academic All-Big Sky honors…Made her Portland State debut at the John Frank Memorial (Sept. 1) with a time of 18:51.0 in the 4,500-meter race…Best finish was 25th at the Pier Park Invitational (Sept. 10) with a time of 19:55.18 in the 5,000-meter race…Finished 55th at the Big Sky Cross Country Championship (Oct. 29) with a time of 20:56.10 in the 5,000-meter race.

SHERWOOD HIGH SCHOOL:
Earned varsity letters in cross country and track her junior and senior years...Earned NWOC District first-team honors in cross country and track during her junior and senior years...Part of a conference championship winning team in track as a junior.
