2020 INDOOR:

Shaved close to 18 seconds off her personal best in the mile while finishing in 5:25.75 at the SPU Final Qualifier (2/29)...Made her debut in the indoor 800 meters while finishing in 2:25.49 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/22-23)...Finished the 3,000 meters in 10:56.64 at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26)...Ran her first indoor race at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/10-11), finishing the mile in 5:43.57. 
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Made her PSU debut at the Big Sky Championships (11/2), where she placed as the Vikings' fifth runner at 62nd overall in 20:39.5...Placed 210th overall as the Vikings' sixth runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/15), where she finished her first 6k in 23:09.9.

GOODING HIGH SCHOOL:

First girl in Idaho to medal in the shot put and distance events at the same state meet...Idaho State 3A champion in the mile and two-mile as a junior…Three-time first-team all-state honoree in track & field…Five-time district champion between the 800 meters (2016), 1,600 meters (2016, 2018) and 3,200 meters (2016, 2018)…Two-time first-team all-conference honoree…Helped lead her team to a runner-up finish at the state meet in 2017…Won academic state titles with her cross country team in 2017, basketball team in 2017 and track & field team in 2018…Earned 13 varsity letters in high school between basketball (four letters), track & field (four), cross country (two), volleyball (two) and soccer (one).
 

PERSONAL/MISCELLANEOUS:

Daughter of Shannon and Michelle Wolf…Has two brothers, Tanner and Nolan, and a sister, Laken…Lists farming as a hobby/interest…Plans on majoring in mathematics with the goal of becoming a mathematician.
