2010 CROSS COUNTRY:
Was Portland State's top-finisher in all races she entered, five ... Finished 19th at the Sundodger Invitational with a 22:02.80 in the 6k, against perennial top-10 Washington (Sept. 18) ... Bested her 6k time at the Dellinger Invitational with a 21:05.66, finishing 20th (Oct. 16) ... Recorded a career-best 16:41.77 in the 5k at the Big Sky Championship, to place 18th (Oct. 30).

2010 INDOOR:
Only competed in three meets ... Competed in the mile during all three ... Improved in each race ... Opened season with a 5:21.70 at UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 16) ... Dropped to a 5:10.21 at the UW Invitational (Jan. 30) ... Finished season by recording a 5:06.42 to claim 10th all-time at Portland State (Feb. 13).

2010 OUTDOOR:
Hit the ground running in outdoors ... Was amongst the Big Sky's top 800 and 1,500-meters runner for much of the early season ... Had best meet at the Stanford Invitational, clocking a 2:17.20 in the 800-meters and a 4:38.10 in the 1,500-meters (March 27) ... Ran the 5,000-meters at the Willamette Invitational (April 3) ... Finished ninth at the Big Sky Championships in the 1,500-meters with a 4:45.08 (May 15).

2009 CROSS COUNTRY:
Competed in all six meets last season ... Was the Vikings top-placer at the Sundodger Invitational (Sept. 19), finishing 38th of 82 ... Was 45th of 202 at the Willamette Invitational and ran a 18:34.16, a season-best, (Oct. 3) ... Competed at both the Big Sky Championship (Oct. 31) and the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 14).

GALENA HIGH SCHOOL:
Competed in cross country, track and swimming at Galena … Placed second in the mile at 2009 state meet … Took ninth in state cross country championship … Cross country team won state and regional championships in 2009 … Member of 4x800 relay team that won the state and regional championship.
