2023 OUTDOOR:

Became the first Viking to score in the men's 1,500 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/12-13) since 2006, placing fifth in 3:52.37...Ran against a field of Olympians and World Championship qualifiers at the On Track Fest, finishing 16th in the steeplechase in 8:43.10...Placed sixth in his section of the steeplechase at the Payton Jordan Invitational, finishing in 8:41.38...Named Big Sky Athlete of the Week after placing second in the invitational section of the steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational (3/31)...Moved up to third in the NCAA West with his time of 8:39.01 at the Stanford Invite...Won the 1,500 meters by close to two seconds while becoming just the second Viking since 2001 to crack 3:50 in the event with his finish in 3:49.77 at the Oregon Preview (3/18)...Moved up to fifth all time in the 1,500 meters with his finish at the Oregon Preview.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set the individual record for a Viking men's runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/11), as he led the Vikings with a 27th-place finish overall...Also broke the school record in the cross country 10k with his time of 29:06.3, a time that would have also broken the 10k record on the track...Set an individual record for a Viking men's runner by placing 12th overall in 24:02.5 at the Big Sky Championships (10/28)...Led the Vikings to a record third-place finish at the Big Sky meet as the team's top finisher at the meet...Led the Vikings with a 14th-place finish out of 241 runners at Pre-Nationals (10/15), finishing the 8k in 23:55.3...Became the first Viking -- man or woman -- to place in the top 10 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23), finishing sixth in a time of 23:51.5...His time of 23:51.5 marked his second time cracking 24 minutes in the 8k.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Placed fourth in the steeplechase at the Bell Canadian Track & Field Championships (6/22-26) while setting a new Portland State school record with his time of 8:35.44...Ran unattached for the rest of the outdoor season.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Helped the Vikings place sixth in the distance medley relay at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26), their highest finish since 2012...Ran the anchor, 1,600-meter leg of the Vikings' DMR team that finished in 10:18.24...Also ran the 3k at the Big Sky meet, placing 10th overall in 8:26.20...Would have set the school records in the mile and 3k at the Husky Classic (2/11-12), if not for his earlier times, while finishing in 4:06.90 and 8:12.06, respectively...Shaved five seconds off the mile record while finishing in 4:04.28 at the UW Invitational (1/28-29)...Broke the school record in the 3,000 meters while finishing in 8:07.94 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/15).
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Helped lead the Vikings to their best finish ever at the NCAA West Regional (11/12), as the team placed 8th -- eight spots better than their previous best finish at the meet...Placed 43rd overall in 30:41.8 at the NCAA West Regional, moving him up to third all-time in the cross country 10k at Portland State...Tied the highest individual finish ever by a Viking at the Big Sky Championships (10/29) while placing 14th overall in 24:12.3...Part of a trio of Vikings who all placed in the top five while cracking 24 minutes in the 8k for the first time at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/16)...Placed third overall in a time of 23:43.9 at the Bronco Invite, which the Vikings won as a team, finishing 37 points head of second-place Cal Poly...Led the Vikings at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/24), where they beat three other regionally ranked teams...Placed 12th overall in 24:54.9, his best time at the Roy Griak Invite, where he used to race as a member of the University of Minnesota men's team...Made a splash in his Viking debut, breaking the school record in the 6k while finishing in 17:58.7 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3)...Placed third overall and the Vikings' top runner at the Rust Buster.
 

AT MINNESOTA (2017-21):

Set personal bests in the indoor mile, 3k and 5k as well as the outdoor 800m, 1,500m as a senior in 2021…USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree as a junior during the 2020 indoor season…Two-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar…Six-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree…Third on the team at the Big Ten Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional during the 2019 cross country season…Second on the team at the 2020 Big Ten Cross Country Championships…Scored for Minnesota with a seventh-place finish in the mile at the 2021 Big Ten Indoor Championships.

Won the 1,500 meters at the Canadian National U-18 championship where he also placed third in the 3,000 meters…Two-time Athlete of the Year (2015, 2016)…Also competed in tennis, football, soccer, and soccer…Four-time honor roll selection…Competed for the Lakehead Running Club.
