Competed in all six races ... Was the Vikings top-finisher at the Pre's Trail Preview (Sept. 4), Sundodger Invitational (Sept. 19) and at the Willamette Invitational (Oct. 3) ... Ran a 25:14.85 at the Willamette Invitational (8k) ... Finished 42nd at the Big Sky Championship (Oct. 31).

2009 OUTDOOR:
Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase throughout the season ... Won the 3,000m steeplechase with a 9:50 at the Linfield Erik Anderson Icebreaker ... Clocked a 9:57 at the Stanford Invitational ... Ran a 10:02.60 at the Pacific (Ore.) Twilight meet.

2008 CROSS COUNTRY:
Finished in 24:56.81 at the Pre’s Trail Run 7k.

2008 INDOOR:
Completed the 1000m in 2:42.24 at Jackson’s Open. Outdoor: Ran a 10:48.37 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Pacific Twilight.

2007 CROSS COUNTRY:
Placed 59th at Big Sky Championships 8k in 27:42... ran 22:09.92 for the 4M at Mike Hodges Invite... placed 102nd in 26:29.90 at Willamette Invite 8k... ran 20:24.74 at Dave Murray Invite 6k... placed 17th at UO Dual 6,160m in 21:15.1 for.

PRIOR TO PORTLAND STATE:
Two-year letterwinner in cross country and track and one-year letterwinner in wrestling at Reno High School... team captain in cross country and named to two all-region teams and two all-state teams... track team captain and earned two all-region and one all-state accolades... cross country team went to two state championships... track team traveled to state championships senior year.
