2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Made her season debut at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/1), finishing the 5k 40th overall in 19:18.7.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Ran her first outdoor 5k as a Viking, finishing in 17:53.98 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Made her debut in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/14), finishing in 11:48.35 to move up to sixth all-time in the freshman rankings...Ran her first outdoor 800 at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2), finishing in 2:30.84...Made her outdoor debut at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), running the 1,500 meters in 4:59.60.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Competed at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26) in the 3,000 meters, placing 31st overall in 11:14.24...Ran her first 800-meter race as a Viking at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13), finishing in 2:26.20...Moved up to No. 6 all-time in the freshman rankings of the 3k at Portland State, as she placed fifth as part of a 1-5 Viking finish in the event at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23)...Crossed the line in 10:27.87 in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Two.
 

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE:

Rare dual athlete between XC/track and wrestling…Three-time Athlete of the Year at her high school…Named MVP of her cross country, track & field and wrestling teams at various points in high school…Won three straight Western Ontario Secondary Schools Athletic Association (WOSSAA) team titles (2017-19)…Gold medalist at the 2020 U18 Athletics Ontario West Cross Country Championship…Seven-time Ontario Federation of School Athletic Association (OFSAA) athlete…Gold medalist in the 2k steeple at the 2019 U20 Athletics Ontario Championship…Bronze medalist in the 2k steeple at the 2018 and 2019 U18 Athletics Ontario Championship…Placed 29th at the Athletics Canada U20 Cross Country Championships in 2019 when she was only 16 years old.
