Ran at the final five meets of the season after missing the team's season opener due to an injury...Placed in the Vikings' top five at all five meets in which he competed...Finished as the Vikings' third runner at the Big Sky Championships (11/1)...Ran a seasonal-best 26:27.80 for a cross country 8K at the Viking XC Classic (10/4)...Set a personal best for a cross country 10K at the NCAA West Regional (11/14), crossing the line in 32:56.7.

2013 CROSS COUNTRY:
Ran in all six meets for the Vikings during the season...Finished as one of the Vikings' top five runners at four of the team's six meets...Twice finished as high as the Vikings' third runner at a meet, with the second time coming at the NCAA West Regionals...Recorded a season-best 8K time at the Oak Knoll Loop Run, running the distance in 26:03.75.

Came in fifth at the John Frank Invitational coming in at 21:35.1…Tallied his best time in the 6,400 meter event, recording a time of 20:52.78 at Pier Park…Had his best time in the 8,000 meter race at the Bill Dellinger Invitational with a time of 27:01.96…Took 63rd at the Big Sky championship (31:46.41).
 
EL TORO HIGH SCHOOL:
Competed in cross country during all four years of high school…Competed in track and field for three seasons…Participated in lacrosse one year…2008 cross country MVP (sophomore year)…2009 JV Coaches Award…2010 Varsity Coaches Award…Team placed fourth in the California Division I Cross Country Championships…Team ranked 21st in the nation for 2010 cross country.
