Closed out his season at the Portland Track Festival (6/3-4), running the 5,000 meters in 16:29.65...Ran the 1,500 meters at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/12-13), finishing in 4:07.80...Set a new seasonal best in the 5k with his time of 15:48.38 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29)...Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:08.50 at the Larry Byerly L&C Invite (4/14-15)...Ran his first 5k of the season with a time of 15:50.82 at the Pacific Open (4/1)...Set a new personal best 1,500 meters with a finish in 4:07.66 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18).
2023 INDOOR:
Ran the 3k and 5k at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25), finishing in 9:09.98 and 15:42.50, respectively...Shaved more than 20 seconds off his PSU best in the 3k with a time of 8:58.94 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5)...Won his section of the mile at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), finishing in 4:35.95.
2022 CROSS COUNTRY:
Finished 171st overall out of 345 runners at the L&C Invite (10/15), crossing the line in the 8k in 27:54.1...Placed 66th overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/1), finishing the 8k in 26:25.8...Finished 42nd overall at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), crossing the line in the men's 6k in a time of 21:52.05.
2022 OUTDOOR:
Set a four-second seasonal best in the 5k, finishing in 15:23.17 while closing out his season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14)...Shaved 12 seconds off his seasonal best in the 5k, finishing in 15:27.34 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Competed in his first 1,500-meter race as a Viking, finishing in 4:11.55 at the L&C Invite (4/16)...Ran the 5k at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2), finishing in 16:01.24...Made his outdoor debut at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), running the 5,000 meters in 15:39.98.
2022 INDOOR:
Ran his first mile as a Viking at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13), finishing in 4:48.34...Shaved 19 seconds off his seasonal best in the 3k while finishing in 9:21.08 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5)...Opened his season at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23), running the 3k in 9:40.08.
2021 CROSS COUNTRY:
Made his Viking debut at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where he finished the 6k in 20:15.5 while placing 23rd overall.
AT SAINT FRANCIS UNIVERSITY (2017-21):
Totaled seven points for his team at the 2019 Northeast Conference Indoor Championships between a fourth-place finish in the 5k and a seventh-place finish in the 3k…Part of a conference title-winning team during the 2019 outdoor season…Team finished as the Northeast Conference runners up in cross country and indoor in 2019.
