Competed in the 1,500 meters at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Open (3/19), finishing in 4:14.20...Beat his time in the 1,500 meters at his next meet, finishing in 4:09.34 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (4/1).

2016 INDOOR:
Ran his first indoor mile at the Portland Indoor Invitational (2/4), finishing in 4:32.17...Ran the mile again at the UW Open (2/14), finishing in 4:32.81...Made his indoor debut at Portland State at the Bronco Invitational (1/23), running the 3,000 meters in 9:34.86.

2015 CROSS COUNTRY:
Competed at four meets during the season...Finished as the Vikings' third runner at the Westmoreland Quintet, completing the four-mile course in 21:55.6.

2015 OUTDOOR:
Competed at three meets during the season...Competed  in three events at the Rose City Preview (3/21) between the 800 meters, 1,500 meters and 4x400-meter relay...Finished the 800 meters at the Rose City Preview in a seasonal-best 2:04.64...Ended the season with a personal best in the 1,500 meters at the Oregon Relays (4/17), finishing in 4:07.49.

2015 INDOOR:
Did not compete during the indoor season.

2014 CROSS COUNTRY:
Ran at five of the team's six meets during the season...Set a personal best for a cross country 8K at the Viking XC Classic (10/4), crossing the line in 27:02.35...Had his best intra-team finish come at the NCAA West Regional (11/14), where he placed sixth among the Vikings' runners in 34:29.4.
