Competed in the 200 (28.22) and 600 (1:42.28) while running the anchor leg of the Vikings' winning 4x400-meter relay (4:15.82) at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/25)...Finished the 800 meters in 2:19.44 at the UW Preview (1/16-17)...Won the 1k in 3:07.26 at the Silver & Blue Invitational (1/9-10).
 

2025 CROSS COUNTRY:

Shaved two and a half minutes off her seasonal best in the 5k while placing 166th overall in 20:35.20 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/4)...Finished 112th overall at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/27), running her first 6k in 25:51.00...Placed 69th overall at the Ash Creek Festival (9/12), running the 5k in 23:07.9.
 

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE:

Citrus Belt League MVP in 2023…MVP of her cross country team in 2021-22, and of her track team in 2022-23…Ran for the SoCal Roadrunners (2018-21) and won a 4x800m national title with them in 2019.

Daughter of Brian and Robin Butterfield…Her father, Brian, competed in cross country and track & field at Occidental College…Made the superintendents honor roll during all four years of high school…Lists modeling, lifting, volunteering/charity work as hobbies/interests…Wants to be an entrepreneur…Plans on majoring in business administration: management and leadership while minoring in environmental science.
