Shaved two and a half minutes off her seasonal best in the 5k while placing 166th overall in 20:35.20 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/4)...Finished 112th overall at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/27), running her first 6k in 25:51.00...Placed 69th overall at the Ash Creek Festival (9/12), running the 5k in 23:07.9.
 
BEFORE PORTLAND STATE:
Citrus Belt League MVP in 2023…MVP of her cross country team in 2021-22, and of her track team in 2022-23…Ran for the SoCal Roadrunners (2018-21) and won a 4x800m national title with them in 2019.
