2022 OUTDOOR:

Ran his final race as a Viking at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14), finishing the 5k in 16:07.10...Shaved seven seconds off his 5k personal best while finishing in 15:46.86 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Competed in the 1,500 meters at the L&C Invite (4/16), finishing in 4:24.48...Ran his first-ever outdoor 10k at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2), finishing in 33:50.22...Made his outdoor debut at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), running the 5,000 meters in 16:13.93.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Ran his first mile of the season at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13), finishing in 4:42.07...Shaved nine seconds off his seasonal best in the 3k while finishing in 9:32.26 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5)...Opened his indoor season with a time of 9:41.89 in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23).
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Shaved more than two minutes off his seasonal best in the 8k while finishing in 26:10.2 and placing 94th overall at the L&C Invite (10/16)...Finished the 6k in 20:31.8 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where he placed 27th overall.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Finished the 5k at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/16) in 16:25.73...Ran the 5k at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1), finishing just off his seasonal best in 16:16.92...Shaved three and a half seconds off his seasonal best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:18.64 at the Lewis & Clark Invite (4/17)...Ran the 5,000 meters in 16:16.03 at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/3)...Made his season debut at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Classic (3/20), running the 1,500 meters in 4:22.17.
 

2020 INDOOR:

Set a new personal best in the 3k at the SPU Final Qualifier (2/29), finishing in 9:10.62...Placed fourth in the mile as part of a 1-2-3-4 Portland State finish at the Portland Indoor Three (2/22-23), setting a new personal best with his time of 4:35.52...Set a new personal best in the mile while finishing in 4:36.14 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Ran the mile in 4:38.59 at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26)...Opened his season with a time of 9:19.86 in the 3,000 meters at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/10-11).
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a new personal best in the 6k with a time of 19:44.0 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/7)...Set a new 8k personal best with a time of 25:51.9 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5)...Recorded his first top-10 finish while placing seventh overall at the Beaver Classic (11/9).

Placed eighth in the 5,000 meters at the Linfield Open (5/4), finishing in 15:58.12...Beat his personal best in the 3,000 meters by close to 30 seconds with a time of 8:58.36 at the Jay Hammer Invitational (4/13)...Knocked close to five seconds off his collegiate best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:11.59 at the John Knight Twilight (4/5)...Shaved close to three seconds off his personal best in the 5,000 meters with a finish in 15:53.97 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (3/29)...Set a new personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:56.46 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16)...Opened his outdoor season with a time of 4:16.54 in the 1,500 meters at the Willamette Opener (3/2).

Opened his season with a time of 4:38.49 in the mile at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).

2018 INDOOR:

Shaved 14 seconds off his personal best in the 3,000 meters with his finish in 9:19.86 at the Idaho Duals (2/2)...Ran the 3,000 meters in 9:33.87 at the Bronco Invitational (1/20)...Made his PSU debut at the Vandal Invitational and Multi Events (1/12-13), finishing the mile in 4:37.77.
 

2017 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set an 8k personal best in his first race as a Viking, finishing the Sundodger Invitational (9/16) in 26:45.43...Placed as high as fourth in the Vikings' lineup during the season, which he did at the Sundodger Invitational.
