2025 CROSS COUNTRY:

Posted the highest individual finish of her career, placing sixth overall at the Lewis & Clark Opener (8/29)...Also set a new personal best in the 5k with her finish in 17:21.11.
 

2025 OUTDOOR:

Scored for the Vikings with a seventh-place finish in the 1,500 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/16-17), shaving three seconds off her personal best with her time of 4:28.21...Swept her heats in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (5/2-3), finishing in 2:13.34 (a personal best) and 4:33.21, respectively...Shaved four seconds off her 1,500-meter personal best while moving to ninth all-time in the event with her finish in 4:31.56 at the John Knight Twilight (4/11-12)...Broke 17 minutes in the 5k for the first time with a finish in 16:59.22 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (4/4)...Posted two heat wins between the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Oregon Preview (3/21-22), finishing in 2:13.47 and 4:36.06, respectively...Shaved 16 seconds off her personal best in the 1,500 meters while winning the event in 4:35.64 at the L&C Electric Forest Opener (3/8).
 

2025 INDOOR:

Ran in the prelims of the 800 meters at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/28-3/1), finishing 19th in 2:18.76...Moved up to eighth all-time in the 800 meters with a near-five second personal best with her finish in 2:14.55 at the UW Invitational (1/31-2/1)...Also set a five-second personal best in the 3,000 meters with her finish in 9:57.23 at the UW Invite...Ran her first 3,000 race as a Viking at the UW Preview (1/17), finishing in 10:02.70...Nearly won in her debut race of the season, finishing second in the mile at the Spokane Invitational (12/14) in a time of 5:07.11.
 

2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

Led the Vikings at every meet she competed at during the season...Led the Vikings at the NCAA West Regional (11/15), placing 151st overall while setting a new 6k personal best with her time of 22:10.0...Shaved close to 30 seconds off her 5k personal best with her time of 18:03.5 at the Big Sky Championships (11/1), where she led the Vikings and placed 24th overall...Led the Vikings at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (10/11), placing 110th overall while running the 6k in a personal best of 22:14.8...Shaved close to a minute off her 4k personal best while moving up to No. 2 all-time at the distance with a finish in 14:08.3 at the Gator Cross (9/14)...Led the Vikings at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), finishing the 4k 18th overall in 15:04.06.
 

2024 OUTDOOR:

Shaved nearly two and a half seconds off her 1,500-meter personal best while finishing in 4:51.29 at the Portland Twilight (5/4)...Made her return from a stress fracture at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/26), finishing the 1,500 meters in 4:53.73.
 

2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a 5k personal best with a finish in 18:29.2 while placing 30th at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/30)...Recorded her second straight top 10 finish, placing seventh at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/22) while running the 6k in 22:22.6...One of three Vikings to place in the top 10 at the Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/16), finishing eighth in 22:24.6 as the Vikings won the team race by a single point...Finished as the middle runner in a group of three that led the Vikings at the Linfield Harrier Classic (9/1), placing 34th overall while running the 4k in 15:01.9.
 

2023 INDOOR:

Shaved a second off her personal best in the 800 meters at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25), finishing in 2:19.34...Also ran the mile at the Big Sky meet, finishing in 5:12.10...Moved up to ninth in the freshman record books in the 800 meters at the Portland Indoor Two (2/3-4), finishing in a new personal best of 2:20.32...Won her section of the mile by more than six seconds at the WSU Open (2/3-4), finishing in 5:11.75...Made her Viking debut at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), finishing the 800 meters in 2:21.93.
 

BROADWATER HIGH SCHOOL:

Won four state titles in high school between the individual cross country title (2021), two titles in the 1,600 meters (2021, 2022), and one in the 800 meters (2022)…Never finished worse than sixth at the state cross country meet…Helped lead her cross country team to back-to-back state team titles while finishing second as a sophomore and third as a junior in 2019 and 2020, respectively… Earned all-state honors with a sixth-place finish in the 3,200 meters during the 2021 track season…Four-time academic all-state honoree in cross country…Three-time academic all-state honoree in track & field.
