Knocked more than 30 seconds off her personal best in the 5k, which she set earlier in the season, finishing in 19:21.94 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/26)...Shaved more than two seconds off her personal best in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 5:14.68 at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/13)...Knocked 19 seconds off her seasonal best in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 5:18.28 at the Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational (4/6)...Set a five-second personal best of 2:39.41 in the 800 meters at the Pacific Open (3/30)...Shaved nearly 75 seconds off her 5k best while finishing in 19:52.72 at the Electric Forest Collegiate Open (3/16)...Made her outdoor debut at the Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker (3/2), running the 1,500 meters in 5:37.98.

Shaved two seconds off her seasonal best in the mile, finishing in 5:54.16 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/4)...Competed in the mile at the Portland Indoor One (1/21), finishing in 5:56.48...Ran her first 1k as a Viking, finishing in 3:28.81 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13).
 

2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 79th at the Big Sky Championships (10/27), running the 5k in 21:55.9...Shaved 91 seconds off her 6k personal best while finishing 159th overall in 23:28.6 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/14)...Set a 5k personal best of 19:58.1 while placing 115th overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/30)...Finished 43rd overall at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/22), running the 6k in 25:03.0...Placed 42nd overall at the Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/16), running the 6k in 25:00.5...Finished 85th overall as the Vikings' ninth runner at the Linfield Harrier Classic (9/1), running the 4k in 17:07.0.
 

2023 OUTDOOR:

Closed out her season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/12-13), running the 1,500 meters in 5:25.55...Set a new personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:44.51 at the Larry Byerly L&C Invite (4/14-15)...Also ran the 1,500 meters at the L&C Invite with a time of 5:22.05...Ran the 1,500 meters in 5:24.47 at the Pacific Open (4/1)...Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters with her finish in 5:16.81 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18).
 

2023 INDOOR:

Shaved more than 36 seconds off her personal best in the mile while opening her season with a time of 5:39.88 at the Portland Indoor One (1/22).
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 117th overall out of 261 runners at the L&C Invite (10/15), finishing the 6k in 25:00.2...Set a new 5k personal best with her finish in 20:14.9 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/1), where she placed 70th overall...Finished 34th overall at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), crossing the line in the women's 5k in 21:41.2.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Knocked seven seconds off her seasonal best in the 1,500 meters, finishing in 5:26.66 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Shaved 30 seconds off of her personal best in the 5k while finishing in 21:05.43 at the L&C Invite (4/16)...Ran the 1,500 meters at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2), finishing in 5:33.26...Made her outdoor debut at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), running the 5,000 meters in 21:35.88.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Ran her first mile as a Viking at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13), finishing in 6:16.34...Shaved close to 40 seconds off her seasonal best in the 3k while finishing in 12:23.37 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5)...Made her Portland State debut with a time of 13:02.85 in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23).
