2023 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 800 meters, finishing in 2:03.20, as well as a leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that finished in 3:35.40 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18).
 

2023 INDOOR:

Competed in the 800 meters at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25), finishing in 2:03.05 in the prelims...Ran his first 400-meter race as a Viking, finishing in 1:09.27 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5).
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Finished the 1,500 meters in 4:10.97 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/14-15)...Ran the 1,500 meters at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2), finishing in 4:10.89...Made his outdoor debut at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), running the 5,000 meters in 15:25.76.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Competed at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26), running the 3k in 9:03.76 to place 36th overall...Ran his first 800-meter race as a Viking, finishing in 2:00.67 at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13)...Moved up to 10th all-time in the 3k with a four-second personal best of 8:30.36 at the Husky Classic (2/11-12)...Shaved five seconds off his personal best in the mile while finishing in 4:21.64 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5)...Placed third as part of a 1-2-3 Viking finish in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23), finishing in 8:34.23.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Helped lead the Vikings to their best finish ever at the NCAA West Regional (11/12), as the team placed 8th -- eight spots better than their previous best finish ever at the meet...Finished 77th overall in 31:27.6, a six-second personal best that moved him to eighth all-time in the cross country 10k at Portland State...Placed 43rd overall in a time of 25:11.1 as the Vikings' fifth runner at the Big Sky Championships (10/29)...Shaved six seconds off his personal best in the 8k while finishing in 24:33.0 to place 34th overall at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/16)...Finished as the team's sixth runner at the Bronco Invite, helping the team win the meet by 37 points over second-place Cal Poly...Made a long-awaited return from injury at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/24), where he placed as the team's seventh runner in 29:03.3. 
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Led the Vikings at the Bronco Invitational (10/19) while setting a seasonal best in the 8k with his finish in 24:55.3...Placed in the Vikings' top five at the first three meets at which he competed.

2019 OUTDOOR:

Scored for the Vikings while placing seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/8-11)...Shaved three seconds off his personal best in the steeplechase while finishing in 9:26.85 at the Big Sky meet...Also ran the 5,000 meters for the Vikings at the Big Sky meet, placing 18th in 15:32.83...Placed 11th in the top section of the steeplechase at the OSU High Performance meet (4/26-27), finishing in 9:38.66...Shaved half a second off his personal best in the 5,000 meters while finishing in 15:13.23 at the Beach Invitational (4/19)...Moved up to 10th all time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at Portland State while making his debut in the event with a time of 9:29.98 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (3/28-29)...Also ran the 1,500 meters in 4:05.23 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic...Won the 5,000 meters in 15:13.80 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16).
 

2019 INDOOR:

Scored for the Vikings as a member of the distance medley relay team that placed eighth in a time of 10:41.95 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/21-23)...Also competed in the mile at the Big Sky meet, finishing 20th in a time of 4:29.67...Ran the mile in 4:26.97 in the season-opening Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).
 

2018 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed in the top 100 of the NCAA West Regional (11/9) while finishing as the team's second runner at 99th overall...With teammate Max Norman (who placed 98th), became the first pair of freshmen men's runners to ever place in the top 100 of the NCAA West Regional together for the Vikings...Norman and him became the first Viking teammates of any classification to place in the top 100 of the NCAA West Regional together since Michael Devenport and Blake Flanders in 2003...Finished the 10k at the NCAA West Regional in 31:33.4, moving him up to fourth all time at the distance at Portland State...Placed in the top 35 of the Big Sky Championships (10/27) while finishing as the team's second runner at 32nd overall...With teammate Max Norman (who placed 31st), became the first pair of Viking men's runners to place in the top 35 together at the Big Sky meet since 2002...Finished as the Vikings' lead runner at the first four meets at which he competed...Recorded his first top-10 finish with a sixth-place overall finish at the Viking 'Rust-Buster' (9/1)...Moved up to third all time in the 6k with his finish in 19:00.2 at the Viking 'Rust-Buster'...Moved up to eighth all time in the 8k while setting a personal best of 24:39.0 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/13).
