2025 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 1,500 meters in 5:19.88 at the OSU High Performance Meet (5/2-3)...Competed for the first time in six weeks while running the 800 meters and a leg of the 4x400-meter relay at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/18-19)...Made her outdoor debut at the L&C Electric Forest Opener (3/8), finishing the 800 meters in 2:31.74.
 

2025 INDOOR:

Part of the mixed 4x400-meter relay that moved up to fourth all-time with its finish in 4:02.29 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Shaved two seconds off her seasonal best in the mile while finishing in 5:44.56 at the Mile City meet (1/18)...Ran her first 600-meter race at the Spokane Invitational (12/14), finishing in 1:47.60...Shaved nearly seven seconds off her personal best in the 1k while finishing in 3:16.78 at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25).

Finished 248th overall as the Vikings' fourth runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/15), running the 6k in 23:51.5...Placed 74th overall as the Vikings' fifth runner at the Big Sky Championships (11/1), running the 5k in 20:29.3...Closed out the Vikings' team score as their fifth runner at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (10/11), finishing 150th overall while running the 6k in 24:08.2...Placed 129th overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5), running the 5k in 20:13.3...Improved her 4k personal best from two weeks ago by nearly a minute, finishing in 15:06.9 at the Gator Cross (9/14)...Placed 48th overall as the Vikings' seventh runner at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), running the 4k in a personal-best time of 16:03.01.

Ran her first mile as a Viking at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13), finishing in 5:31.37...Shaved close to 10 seconds off her personal best in the 3k with a time of 11:15.39 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5) while placing second as part of a 1-3 Viking finish in the second section of the race...Opened up her season with a time of 11:25.08 in the 3,000 meters at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23/22).
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Shaved more than a minute off her 6k personal best while finishing in 23:54.9 and placing 91st overall at the L&C Invite (10/16)...Ran her first 6k at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/24), placing 54th overall in 24:56.6.
