2023 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 1,500 and 5,000 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/12-13)...Lowered his personal best in the 800 meters to 1:57.92 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29)...Set personal bests in the 1,500 and 5,000 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/13-15)...Shaved two seconds off his previous best in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 3:54.35...Knocked 19 seconds off his previous best in the 5k while finishing in 14:36.92 at the Bryan Clay Invite...Cracked 15 minutes in the 5k for the first time with a finish in 14:55.74 at the Pacific Open (4/1)...Set a new personal best in the 800 meters, finishing in 1:59.67 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18), while also running just off his best in the 1,500 meters with a finish in 3:56.86.
 

2023 INDOOR:

Ran the 3k at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25), finishing 15th in the finals in 8:29.41...Shaved 18 seconds off his 3k time from a week ago while setting a personal best and moving up to sixth all time in the event with his finish in 8:20.85 at the Husky Classic (2/10-11)...Ran his first 400-meter race as a Viking at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5), finishing in 1:07.17...Ran his first 3k of the season at the WSU Open (2/3-4), finishing in 8:38.48...Opened his season at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), placing fourth in the mile in 4:18.30.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 45th overall out of 345 runners at the L&C Invite (10/15), crossing the line in the 8k in 25:34.5 as the team's fourth runner...Shaved more than 30 seconds off his 8k personal best while finishing in 26:24.6 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23) where he placed 81st overall...Finished 19th overall at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), crossing the line in the men's 6k in a time of 19:24.45.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Shaved eight seconds off his personal best in the 5k, finishing in 15:04.88 while closing out his season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14)...Shaved a second and a half off of his 1,500-meter personal best with a time of 3:56.58 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Also ran his first 800-meter race as a Viking at the OSU meet, finishing in 2:00.49...Cracked four minutes in the 1,500 meters for the first time, finishing in 3:58.05 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/14-15)...Shaved 10 seconds off his personal best in the 5k while finishing in 15:12.85 at the Hayward Premiere (4/1-2)...Made his outdoor debut at the L&C Spring Break Opening, running the 1,500 meters in 4:05.40.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Competed at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26) for the Vikings, placing 35th in the 3k with a time of 9:03.75...Ran the 3k (8:49.16) at the Husky Classic (2/11-12) and the mile (4:28.87) at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13) two days apart from each other...Shaved 22 seconds off his prep personal best in the mile while finishing in 4:17.35 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5)...Led a podium sweep for the Vikings while winning the 3k at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23)...Moved up to 10th all-time in the 3k at Portland State with his winning time of 8:31.19 at the Portland Indoor Two.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Finished the 5k in 15:33.73 at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/3)...Ran the seventh-fastest 1,500 meter time by a Viking freshman (since 2003) while finishing in 4:00.86 at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Classic (3/20)...Moved up to ninth all-time in the 5,000 meters among Viking freshman (since 2003) with a time of 15:22.82 at the OSU PNW Team Clash (3/13).
 

2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 57th overall as the Vikings' sixth runner at the Big Sky Cross Country Winter Championships (2/27), finishing in 26:55.6.
 

VERITAS SCHOOL:

Three-time top-10 finisher at the Oregon 1A/2A/3A state cross country meet between a third-place finish as a senior (2019), fourth-place finish as a junior (2018), and 10th-place finish as a sophomore (2018)…Four-time district champion between the 1,500 (2018, 2019) and 3,000 (2018, 2019) meters…Placed third in the 3,000 meters and fourth in the 1,500 meters at the 2018 Oregon 1A state meet…Placed third in the 1,500 meters and fifth in the 3,000 meters at the 2019 Oregon 1A state meet.
