Shaved two seconds off his personal best in the 1,500 meters, finishing in 4:03.43 while closing out his season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14)...Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters with his finish in 4:05.53 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Improved by 14.5 seconds over his previous time in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 4:08.53 at the L&C Invite (4/16)...Debuted in the steeplechase at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2), finishing his first-ever attempt at the event in 10:32.58...Made his season debut at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), running the 1,500 meters in 4:23.01.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 52nd overall in a time of 25:33.2 as the Vikings' eighth runner at the Big Sky Championships (10/29)...Shaved 21 seconds off his personal best in the 8k while finishing in 25:05.2 and placing 40th overall to lead the Vikings at the L&C Invite (10/16)...Placed 36th overall in 26:47.6 at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/24)...Finished the 6k at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3) in 19:39.5 while placing 19th overall.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Competed in the 5k at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15), finishing 30th with a time of 16:19.81...Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:09.74 at the Lewis & Clark Invite (4/17)...Cracked 15 minutes in the 5,000 meters while finishing in 14:53.63 at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/3)...Set a new 1,500-meter personal best while finishing in 4:06.15 at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Classic (3/20).
 

2020 INDOOR:

Ran the 3k in 9:06.11, placing 26th overall at the SPU Final Qualifier (2/29)...Finished the 3,000 in 9:26.78 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Opened his season with a time of 9:02.15 in the 3,000 meters at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/10-11).
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a new 8k personal best with his time of 25:26.6 at the Cougar Classic (9/13)...Placed 3rd in the Vikings' lineup at the Cougar Classic, his highest finish of the season...Recorded his highest overall finish of the year while placing 18th at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5).
