(2011) Ran in four meets for PSU in 2011 … Had a season-best finish of second-place at the John Frank invitational with a time of 16:07.2 … Finished 10^th overall at the Pier Park invite with a time of 18:05.37 … Was Portland State’s top-finisher in all four races she competed in during the 2011 campaign.

(2010) Competed in six races for the Vikings including the NCAA West Regional … Best finish came at the John Frank Memorial Invitational when she finished 19th with a time of 16:48.2 in the 4,500-meter event.

(2009) Finished and competed in all six races ... Was Portland State's top-finisher in three races last season, including the Big Sky Championship (Oct. 31), 38th, and NCAA West Regional (Nov. 14), 149th ... Ran a season-best at the Willamette Invitational, 18:30.70, (Oct. 3).

INDOOR TRACK:
(2011-12) Took part in seven meets during the indoor track season including  the Big Sky Indoore Championship (Feb. 24-25) where she finished fifth in the mile run and second in the distance medley ... Set a season best time of 2:17.37 in the 800-meter event during the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 12) … Ran the mile in 5:02.08 during the Cherry and Silver Invite (Jan. 21) which was an indoor season-best time … Ran her best time in the distance medley at the UW Invitational with a mark of 12:13.94.

(2010-11) Participated in seven meets during the indoor track season including the Big Sky Championship (2/25) where she finished ninth overall in the 800-meters … Set a season best time of 2:16.00 in the 800 at the Husky Classic (2/12) to finish fourth overall … Competed once in the 1,000-meters and finished third overall at the Jackson’s Open (12/4) with a time of 3:06.99 … Rank the mile once at the UW Invitational (1/29).

(2009-10) Recorded her season-best time in the 800 at the UW Indoor Preview with a 2:16.73 (Jan. 16) ... Ran the mile at the UW Invitational and clocked a 5:12.54 (Jan. 30) ... Finished ninth at the Big Sky Championships in the 800-meters, 2:16.98 (Feb. 26).

OUTDOOR TRACK:
(2012) Competed in eight meets during the outdoor track season, primarily in the 1,500 and 5,000-meter events … Ran a season-best time of 4:34.76 at the Oregon Relays which was good for fourth place overall … Took first overall at MONDO Challenge with a time of 17:17.11 …Ran to four top-10 finishes during the season … Ran a 5k in 18:32.73 at the Big Sky Championship.

(2011) Competed in the outdoor 800-meters six times and set a season best time of 2:14.79 at the Oregon Twilight (5/6) … Set a season best time of 4:44.75 in the 1,500 at the Oregon Preview (3/19) … Won the 5,000-meter race at the Willamette Invitational (4/2) with a time of 17:51.14.

(2010) Had a personal-record breaking day at the Stanford Invitational, recording a 2:14.75 in the 800-meters and a 4:40.45 in the 1,500-meters (March 27) ... Finished 12th in the 800-meters at the Big Sky Championship (May 14) ... Filled in on 4x400 relay team at the Big Sky Championship and aided the squad to seventh with a 3:55.36 (May 15).

NEWBERG HIGH SCHOOL:
Named best senior athlete and best multi-sport athlete at Newberg … Four-time state track meet qualifier ... Named honorable mention all-state ... Finished fourth at state as a junior .... Two-time Sandy Invite Champion … Named all-conference twice in 800m, twice in 1,500m and once in 4x400 relay … Also won two district championships in 1,500m and one in the 800m … Won highest GPA in region for soccer in 2006.
