2016 OUTDOOR:
Earned All-Big Sky honors with a second-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the Big Sky Championships (5/11-14)...First Viking to ever earn All-Big Sky honors in the 5,000 meters, which is also the longest distance in which any Viking has earned all-conference honors...Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in the 10,000 meters...Shaved close to 30 seconds off her personal best in the 5,000 meters with her finish in 16:39.82 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29)...Moved up to third in the 5,000 meters at Portland State with her finish at the OSU meet...Shaved over 34 seconds off her personal best in the 10,000 meters with her finish in 34:40.09 at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/14)...Finished as the top collegiate runner in the 10,000 meters at the SF State Distance Carnival (4/1), finishing in 35:14.14...Briefly took over the Big Sky lead in the 10,000 meters with her time in San Francisco, and also moved up to fourth all-time in the event at Portland State...Won the 5,000 meters by 20 seconds at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Open (3/19), finishing in 17:08.25...Moved up to seventh all-time at Portland State in the 5,000 meters after the meet at Lewis & Clark.

2015 CROSS COUNTRY:
Became just the second Viking to earn All-Big Sky honors since 1999 with her 10th-place finish at the Big Sky Championships on Oct. 31 (Sarah Dean was the other with a seventh-place finish in 2013)...Finished as the Vikings' top runner at all six meets in which she competed...Won the individual titles at back-to-back meets in the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/3) and Emerald City Open (10/17)...Set a cross country 5K personal best of 17:30.9 while beating out 185 other runners at the Charles Bowles Invitational...Set a 6K seasonal best of 21:39.11 at the Sundodger Invitational (9/19)...Also cracked 22 minutes in a 6K at the NCAA West Regional (11/13), where she finished 74th overall in 21:59.8.

Competed at only one meet during the season, finishing the 3,000 meters in 10:01.02 at the Rose City Preview (3/21)...Moved up to eighth all-time in the 3,000 meters with her time at the Rose City Preview.

2015 INDOOR:
Academic All-Big Sky selection...Broke the school record in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:01.73 at the UW Invitational (1/30)...Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters at the Big Sky Championships (2/27-28)...Scored for the Vikings while placing eighth in the 3,000 meters at the Big Sky meet...Moved up to fourth all-time at Portland State in the 3,000 meters with her time of 9:53.33 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/17)...Also moved up to eighth all-time at Portland State in the mile at the UW Indoor Preview (1/17), finishing in 5:03.90.
  
2014 CROSS COUNTRY:
Finished as the Vikings' first or second runner at the team's final five meets of the season...Led the Vikings at the Big Sky XC Triangular (9/20) and the NCAA West Regional (11/14)...Recorded three straight overall top 10 finishes between the Big Sky XC Triangular (9/20), Viking XC Classic (10/4) and Beaver Classic (10/24)...Set a personal best for a cross country 5K with a time of 18:01.4 at the Big Sky Championships (11/1)...Also set a personal best for a cross country 6K with a time of 21:23.6 at the NCAA West Regional (11/14).

Competed in cross country, Nordic skiing and track and field while in high school…Earned all-conference honors in all three sports as a senior during the 2010-11 school year…Earned her all-conference honors for track in the mile and two-mile races…Named her cross country team’s MVP as a junior and senior…Earned the Saltwick Scholarship while in high school.
