2025 OUTDOOR:

Won her heat of the 800 meters by more than a second and a half while finishing in 2:22.98 at the OSU High Performance Meet (5/2-3)...Set a collegiate best in the 800 meters with her finish in 2:22.84 at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/18-19)...Shaved four seconds off her personal best in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 4:58.13 at the John Knight Twilight (4/11-12)...Ran the 1,500 meters in 5:02.19 at the L&C Electric Forest Opener (3/8).
 

2025 INDOOR:

Won the 800 meters in 2:27.15 at the Portland Indoor 2 (2/9)...Shaved five and a half seconds off her personal best in the 800 meters while finishing in 2:22.88 at the UW Invitational (1/31-2/1)...Set a new personal best in the 600 meters with her finish in 1:45.06 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Shaved a second and a half off her indoor best in the 800 with her finish in 2:28.38 at the UW Preview (1/17).
 

2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

Finished 153rd overall at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (10/11), running the 6k in 25:10.5...Placed 124th overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5), running the 5k in 20:06.0...Improved her 4k time from two weeks earlier by 34 seconds at the Gator Cross (9/14), finishing in 14:58.3...Placed 31st overall as the Vikings' sixth runner at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), running the 4k in 15:32.42.
 

2024 INDOOR:

Moved up to ninth all time in the 600 meters with her time of 1:45.68 at the Portland Indoor One (1/21)...Made her season debut at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13), running the 800 meters in 2:29.81.
 

2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 77th overall at the Big Sky Championships (10/27), running the 5k in 20:34.8...Finished the women's 6k 167th overall in 23:52.1 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/14)...Ran her first 5k of the season in 20:21.9 while placing 132nd overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/30)...Shaved 75 seconds off her 6k best while finishing in 23:38.0 and placing 27th overall at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/22)...Made her Viking debut at the Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/16), where she placed 40th overall with a a 6k time of 24:54.3.
 

CHUGIAK HIGH SCHOOL:

Earned nine varsity letters in high school between cross country (4), track & field (3) and cross country skiing (2)…Named MVP of her cross country team in 2021 and 2022…Led her cross country team to back-to-back state and regional titles in 2021 and 2022…Helped lead her track & field team to back-to-back state titles in 2022 and 2023…Won a coaches award following the 2021 track & field season.
