2025 INDOOR:

Set an overall best in the 800 meters, finishing in 1:54.27 while competing in the prelims of the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/28-3/1)...Moved up to sixth all-time in the 600 meters with his finish in 1:22.54 at the Riverfront Invitational...Also ran the opening leg of the Vikings' distance medley relay that moved up to second all-time with its finish in 10:07.81 at the Riverfront Invite...Bettered his personal best in the 800 meters by more than a second with his finish in 1:55.18 at the UW Invitational (1/31-2/1)...Shaved six and a half seconds off his personal best in the 1k with his finish in 2:35.45 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Also part of the mixed 4x400-meter relay that won the event while moving up to second all-time with its finish in 3:48.46 at the Portland Indoor 1...Made his season debut at the Spokane Invitational (12/14), running the 3,000 meters in 8:41.66.

Doubled in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/10-11), placing 22nd (2:08.38) and 18th (4:03.95), respectively, in the prelims of either event...Also ran a leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that set a seasonal best by close to 10 seconds with its finish in 3:21.91 at the Big Sky meet...Ran a leg on the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that set a seasonal best with its finish in 3:31.23 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/26-27)...Shaved five seconds off his seasonal best in the 800 meters while finishing in 1:56.09 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/12-13)...Ran his first 800 and 5k of the season, finishing in 2:01.48 and 16:15.89, respectively, at the Pacific Open (3/30)...Opened his outdoor season with a time of 3:58.73 in the 1,500 meters at the Electric Forest Collegiate Open (3/16).

Scored for the Vikings with a seventh-place finish in the distance medley relay at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-24), finishing in the third-best time in program history in 10:12.61...Ran a leg on one of two 4x400-meter relay teams for the Vikings at the Portland Indoor Three (2/18), finishing in 3:48.95...Won his heat of the 800m by half a second, finishing in 1:57.24 at the Husky Classic (2/10)...Finished second in his heat while setting a personal best of 1:56.44 at the UW Invitational (1/27)...Ran his first 1k at the Portland Indoor One (1/21), finishing in 2:41.93...Set the No. 7 mark all time in the 600 meters at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13), finishing in 1:23.23...Doubled in the 800 and mile, finishing in 2:00.61 and 4:29.02, respectively, while opening his season at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (12/2).

Placed 166th overall as the Vikings' third runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/10), running the 10k in 32:55.1...Finished second in the Vikings' lineup and 66th overall at the Big Sky Championships (10/27), running the 8k in 27:40.7...Shaved more than 70 seconds off his personal best in the 8k while finishing 127th overall in 26:17.2 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/14)...Placed 175th overall in 28:36.2 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/30)...Made his Viking debut at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/22), finishing 30th overall in a new 8k personal best of 27:27.6.

Competed at New Mexico for the 2022-23 academic year, and Adams State from 2020-22…Ran a 1,500-meter personal best of 3:56.82 at the 2023 Bryan Clay Invitational…Set his indoor best in the 800 meters while placing third in 1:56.92 at the 2022 New Mexico Classic.
 

OVERLAND HIGH SCHOOL:

Lettered in cross country and track & field during all but the COVID-cancelled 2020 track season…Ran for the Great Strides track club during 2019-20 and REAL training club in 2020.
