BASIC INFORMATION

Where: Eugene, Ore., Titan Stadium, Lane Community College
When: Saturday, April 2
 

ENTRY INFORMATION

  • Deadline: Tuesday, March 29th @ 5pm
  • Procedure: All entries must be completed at www.directathletics.com 
  • Accepted Entries: Posted on Live.tf by end of day Wednesday, March 30th (Meet is open to anyone, but preference will be given to current student-athletes -- in uniform, then redshirts -- first)
  • Scratches: Email scratches to jseitz@pdx.edu by noon on Wednesday, March 30th
  • Final Schedule: Posted Thursday, March 31st @ noon on www.goviks.com
  • Fee*: $30 per athlete paid on www.directathletics.com (capped at $300 per team, per gender) **No refunds will be given for scratches, or entries that are not accepted into the meet
 

COVID PROTOCOL

All competitors, race officials, and staff must be fully vaccinated*, or have a negative test result prior to competition**.

Universities: Team athletic trainers must contact Emma Scheidegger (scheid@pdx.edu) to provide verification of compliance with our COVID policy prior to the meet.
Unattached Athletes: Individual entrants must provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result on meet day at the check-in tent prior to competition.
Spectators: Masks are not required unless physical distance cannot be maintained.
Symptom Check: Any athlete, coach or official who, in the previous 72 hours, have exhibited any of the following symptoms may not enter the facility: 

  • Temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher
  • Repeated shaking or chills
  • Persistent cough, that is new or different than normal
  • Shortness of breath not associated with pre-existing conditions such as asthma
  • New loss of smell or taste
  • Diarrhea, upset stomach or nausea
  • Muscle or body aches not associated with physical workouts
  • Sore throat
  • Headache that is different than normal
  • Congestion or runny nose, not associated with pre-existing conditions such as allergies 


If an athlete, coach, or official becomes symptomatic during the meet, they should remove themselves from further exposure immediately.

* Fully Vaccinated means it has been 14 days since an individual has received any full series of an FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine.
** Acceptable tests include PCR/NAAT within 72 hours (three days) of the competition, or an antigen test within 24 hours (one day) of competition. Home rapid tests will NOT be accepted.
