1970 – PSU Athlete of the Year
            NCAA Athlete of the Year
            PSU Outstanding Baseball Player
            Hit .336 with a .997 fielding percentage in 36 games. Led team in games played, at-bats, hits, doubles, total bases and RBIs.

1967-1970 – 106 games, 315 at-bats.

1968-1970 – Team record 68-52.

1968-69 – Reached NCAA playoffs

Went on to a long career in professional baseball as a player, coach and Major League manager. Named Sports Illustrated Manager of the Year, 1987.
