JUNIOR SEASON • 2011
Started all 11 games, putting together a solid year at cornerback... ranked fifth on the team with 40 tackles... also had three tackles for loss, a sack, an interception and two pass breakups... made a season-high eight tackles, a pass breakup and a late interception to seal the win at Idaho State (10/1)... had seven tackles, two for loss, a sack and a pass breakup in the win over Sacramento State (11/5).
SOPHOMORE SEASON • 2010
Played in 10 games, starting the last two of the season.... served primarily as the nickel back, getting lots of reps at cornerback when DeShawn Shead would move over to safety... had 19 tackles, one tackle for loss and four pass breakups on the season... had a season-high seven tackles at Northern Arizona (11/20)... made four tackles at Arizona State (9/4).
FRESHMAN SEASON • 2009
Thrown into a challenging role right away, becoming a starter as a true freshman... started nine games, competing in all 11... was one of 15 true freshmen to play, and 10 true freshmen to get starts... had 49 tackles to rank fifth on the team... had one sack, one interception and seven pass breakups on the season... had a season-high nine tackles against UC Davis (10/24)... made five tackles, two pass breakups and an interception against Southern Oregon (9/12)... had seven tackles and a sack against Northern Arizona (10/17).... six tackles and four pass breakups in the season finale at Idaho State (11/14).

Lettered in football at Aldine High School in Houston... rated in the top 100 in Houston prep football... named second team All-District as a senior... a track athlete who runs the 400 meters in 51 seconds... a heavily recruited player rated the number 53 cornerback in country by ESPNU... a high school teammate of another Viking, Keitrell Anderson.
