Continues to be a playmaker for the Vikings after leading the team in takeaways in 2011... has played in 31 games, starting 27, making him one of the team’s most experienced players... also has the most takeaways (7) of any returning player... will be counted on for leadership and big plays as a senior... good athlete with speed at his position.

JUNIOR SEASON • 2011
Started all 10 games he played in,  missing one with injury... ranked ninth on the team with a career-high 35 tackles... led the team in interceptions (3) and fumble recoveries (2)... also third in tackles for loss (7.5) and pass breakups (4)... had a career-high six tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss in the season-opening win over Southern Oregon (9/3)... made five tackles with a sack and a 23-yard interception return for touchdown in a road win at defending national champion Eastern Washington (10/29)... also had interceptions at TCU (9/24) and Montana (10/15)... named honorable mention All-Big Sky Conference.

SOPHOMORE SEASON • 2010
Played in 10 games, starting nine at weakside linebacker... had 26 tackles to rank ninth on the team... also had two interceptions, a tackle for loss and a pass breakup... made two tackles and returned an interception 33 yards for touchdown in the win over UC Davis (9/11)... had three games with five tackles each; at Arizona State (9/4), at Weber State (10/23) and at Northern Arizona (11/20)... also had an interception at ASU.

FRESHMAN SEASON • 2009
One of 15 true freshmen to play and one of 10 to start during the season... played in all 11 games and started eight of the first nine games... had 25 tackles, a sack, a forced fumble and two pass breakups... made a season-high five tackles against UC Davis (10/24)... had four tackles in his first collegiate game against Oregon State (9/5)... earned Academic All-Big Sky Conference honors.

PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Lettered in football and baseball at Escondido High School... earned All-CIF, All-Hall of Champions, All-League and All-North County honors as a senior while playing wide receiver and defensive line... was his team’s defensive MVP... also a team captain... led his team to the CIF finals in 2008... caught 11 passes for 237 yards and two touchdowns on the season.

Son of Dan and Sherri Sisler... born December 24, 1990... has two brothers, Jarrett and Jordan, and one sister, Janae... majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice... enjoys anything to do with the outdoors, including fishing, hunting and camping.
