A three-year letterwinner in football at Lakewood High School... named first team All-Moore League as a junior and senior... named his team’s Offensive Lineman of the Year for two seasons... All-CIF Southern Section second team two years in a row... selected his team’s Offensive Rookie of the Year as a sophomore...LA Times Top 25 Offensive Lineman for southern California... his team reached the CIF Southern Section playoffs three straight years... team captain as a senior.
