A remarkable comeback story had him overcoming cancer twice to place Division I football... had chemotherapy in summer 2010, surgery in the fall and finally returned for spring football in 2011... now is one of the Vikings’ better offensive lineman and a likely starter in 2012.

JUNIOR SEASON • 2011
One of the best stories of the year, overcoming cancer for a second time to return and play - as a starter - in the season-opening game... played in 10 games, starting seven, including the last six in a row, at right guard... key blocker for the best rushing team in the Big Sky Conference and PSU school history (247.8 pg).

PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Played the past two years at El Camino Junior College... earned first team All-Conference and All-State honors... his team went 8-3 in 2009. 

Lettered in football three times and basketball once at Palos Verdes High School... twice named first time All-League... first team All-CIF as a senior.
