Academic All-Big Sky Conference
One of the more experienced players on the team with 22 games and 10 starts in his career... should battle for a starting role as a senior... has the speed and ability to be a more prominent receiver for the Vikings... a big-play threat every time he touches the ball.
JUNIOR SEASON • 2011
Played in five games, starting the last three of the season... missed five games with a team suspension and one with an injury... had six catches for 108 yards and one touchdown... had a season-high three catches for 53 yards and a touchdown in the win over Sacramento State (11/5)... made two catches for 25 yards in a win over Northern Colorado (11/12).
SOPHOMORE SEASON • 2010
Played in 10 games, making four starts at flanker... also spent time as a kick returner and a Wildcat quarterback late in the season... compiled 237 all-purpose yards... had 13 catches for 150 yards, 10 rushing plays for 38 yards and two kickoff returns for 49 yards... had a career-best four receptions for 19 yards against Montana State (10/9)... made three receptions for a career-high 81 yards in the win over Idaho State (10/2)... took several snaps as a Wildcat quarterback against Northern Colorado (11/13), rushing five times for 17 yards.
FRESHMAN SEASON • 2009
One of 15 true freshmen to play, and one of 10 true freshmen to start at some point during the season for the Vikings... played in seven games, starting three... became a starter in the fourth game of the season, but then was knocked out for a month with mononucleosis... had six catches for 101 yards and a touchdown... also returned two punts for nine yards... had two catches for 23 yards in his first collegiate game against Oregon State (9/5)... caught a 40-yard touchdown pass in the season finale at Idaho State (11/14)... earned Academic All-Big Sky Conference honors.
PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Lettered in football three times and track twice at Aldine High School in Houston... a high school teammate of another Viking, Michael Williams... a wide receiver and returner, he was named District MVP in an All-Purpose role... runs the 100 meters in 10.6 seconds.
