(2011-12) Competed in four meets … Competed in the indoor heptathlon for the first time in his career … Recorded a career-best mark of 4,450 points in the heptathlon at the UW Invitational (Jan. 27) … Also set personal-best marks in the 60-meters (7.40) … 1,000-meters (3:02.53) and pole vault (11-09.75/3.60m) at the UW Invitational … Started the season with a personal-best jump of 5-07.00 (1.70m) in the high jump at the Jacksons Open and Multi’s (Dec. 2) … Posted personal-bests in the 200-meters (23.65) and the long jump (20-05.75/6.24m) at the Cherry & Silver Invitational (Jan. 20).
(2010-11) Participated in six indoor meets including the Big Sky Indoor Championship … Finished ninth in the long jump with a distance of 1802.25 at the Jacksons Open (Dec. 4) in his first career event at Portland State … Ran a career-best 8.60 in the 60-meter hurdles to win his heat and finish 12th overall at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 15) … Part of the distance medley relay team that ran a time of 10:23.94 at the Big Sky Indoor Championship (Feb. 25) which is fourth all-time at Portland State … Part of the 4x400-meter relay team at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (Feb. 26).

(2011) Participated in seven meets including the Big Sky Outdoor Championship … Opened the outdoor season with a personal-best time of 23.96 in the 200-meters at the Pacific Preview (March 12) … Ran a career-best in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.89 at the Oregon Relays (April 23) … Set a personal-best in the discus with a distance of 123-10 at the Pacific Twilight (April 30) … Finished ninth at the Big Sky Outdoor Championship (May 11-12) in the decathlon with 6,100 points which is eighth all-time at Portland State … Set career-bests in the 100-meters (11.88), long jump (19-3.50), shot put (38-3.25), high jump (5-9.75), 400-meters (52.52), pole vault (12-3.50), javelin (139-11) and 1,500-meters (5:07.20) during decathlon competition at the Big Sky Outdoor Championship … Ran career-best time of 14.96 in the prelims of at the Big Sky Outdoor Championship (May 13) and finished seventh in the finals.
