2023 OUTDOOR:

Closed out his season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/12-13), running the steeplechase in 9:26.37...Completed his first race of the outdoor season at the Oregon Twilight (5/5), finishing the 3k steeplechase in 9:17.58...Moved up to seventh all time in the steeplechase with his time at the Oregon Twilight despite still working his way back from an ankle injury.
 

2023 INDOOR:

Ran through in an injury at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25), finishing the mile in 4:36.98...Moved up to No. 4 all time in the men's 3k, finishing in 8:16.50 while making his season debut at the UW Invitational (1/27-28).
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

One of six Vikings in the top 100 at the NCAA West Regional (11/11) -- a program record -- as he placed 85th overall as the team's fourth runner...Moved up to fourth all time in the cross country 10k at Portland State with his time of 30:11.5 at the NCAA West Regional...One of five Vikings to place in the top 25 at the Big Sky Championships (10/28) as the Vikings set a program record with a third-place finish as a team...Finished fourth in the Vikings' lineup and 22nd overall at the Big Sky meet in a time of 24:34.3...Placed 76th overall as the Vikings' fourth runner at Pre-Nationals (10/15), finishing the 8k in 24:50.6...Shaved three-tenths of a second off his 8k personal best while finishing in 24:34.0 and placing 33rd overall at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23)...Made his Viking debut at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), finishing 13th overall while crossing the line in the men's 6k in a time of 19:09.84.
 

AT HOUSTON BAPTIST (2019-22):

Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the steeplechase in 2022 after running a personal best of 8:47.54 at the Bryan Clay Invitational…Ranked 33rd in the NCAA west region in the steeplechase off the back of his time at the Bryan Clay Invitational…Won a Southland Conference title in the steeplechase in 2022…Placed fifth individually at the Southland Conference Cross Country Championship in fall of 2021…Finished 33rd at the NCAA South Central Regional during the 2021 cross country season.
