2023 INDOOR:

Moved up to sixth all time in the 5k, finishing in 15:00.26 at the UW Invitational (1/27-28)...Opened his season at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), running the mile in 4:34.43.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

One of six Vikings to place in the top 100 at the NCAA West Regional (11/11) -- a program record -- as he placed 97th overall as the team's six runner at the meet...Moved up to sixth all time in the cross country 10k with his finish in 30:28.3 at the NCAA West Regional...Finished sixth in the Vikings' lineup and 34th overall at the Big Sky Championships (10/28), crossing the line in 24:54.9...Set a new 8k personal best with his time of 24:53.6 at the L&C Invite (10/15), where he placed 17th out of 345 runners as the team's second runner at the meet...Placed 53rd overall in the 8k at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23) with his time of 25:00.6...Set a new 6k personal best at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), crossing the line in 19:22.92 while finishing 18th overall.
 

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE:

Competed for the University of Montana’s cross country and track & field teams from 2018-22…Placed in the top 100 of the NCAA Mountain Regional during the fall cross country season as a freshman in 2018 and a senior in 2021…Captained the Montana cross country and track & field teams during the 2021-22 school year…Placed fourth in the open section of the men’s 5k at the 2022 Hayward Premiere, just behind current Viking Sam Lingwall while finishing in 14:32.90…Five-time Academic All-Big Sky selection…Also played baseball at White Bear Lake Area High School in addition to cross country and track & field.
