2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Finished 193rd overall at Pre-Nationals (10/15), crossing the line in the 8k in 26:07.8...Placed 41st overall in the 8k at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23) with a time of 24:42.1.
 

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE:

Placed second in the 5,000 meters at the 2022 Northern California Championships while competing for Chabot College (2021-22)…Finished seven in the 5k at the 2022 CCCAA State Championships…Won the Coast Conference Championship individual title during the cross country season where he set the course record while finishing the four-mile course in 19:44.7…Finished third at the 2021 CCCAA State Cross Country Championships, the best finish ever by a runner for Chabot College…Finished one second off the community college record at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational, finishing the 8k in 24:14.4.

Son of Michael and Sandie Lawrence…Father, Michael, ran track at Cal Poly…Came back from having a seizure that required brain surgery during his senior year of high school…Plans on majoring in communications.
