Placed 13th in the 10k -- his first as a Viking -- while finishing in 32:27.21 at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/12-13)...Ran his first outdoor 5k as a Vik at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29), finishing in 14:57.85...Shaved 20 seconds off his prep personal best in the 1,500 meters while placing second in 3:55.48 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18).
2023 INDOOR:
Shaved 20 seconds off his personal best in the 5k while moving up to eighth all time with his finish in 14:55.27 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25)...Moved up to 10th all time in the 5k with his finish in 15:16.01 at the Husky Classic (2/10-11)...Ran his first 400-meter race as a Viking at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5), finishing in 1:07.87...Set a personal best in the 3k at the WSU Open (2/3-4), finishing in 8:31.27...Opened his season at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), running the mile in 4:19.85.
2022 CROSS COUNTRY:
Placed 26th out of 345 runners at the L&C Invite (10/15), crossing the line in the 8k in 25:10.9 as the team's third runner...Led the Viking men at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/1), placing 21st overall in the 8k in a time of 25:06.2...Finished 26th overall at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), crossing the line in the men's 6k in a time of 20:11.23.
