Earned first team All-State honors in football twice at Normative Services Prep in Sheridan, WY... a four-time letterwinner, four-time All-League and four-time All-County selection... was the Sheridan County Player of the Year as a senior and named team MVP... led the state in tackles (110), and had 11 sacks, 10 takeaways and rushed for over 600 yards... played in the Wyoming Shrine Bowl All-Star Game... a two-time first team All-League selection in basketball.
