Set a new 8k personal best at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/30), finishing 200th overall in 29:40.1...Finished 64th overall in 32:49.1 at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/22)...Made his season debut at the Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/16), finishing 60th overall in 31:10.1.
 

2023 OUTDOOR:

Closed out his season in the 800 and 5,000 meters at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/12-13)...Shaved more than three seconds off his seasonal best in the 800 meters while finishing in 2:00.63 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29)...Set a new seasonal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:03.71 at the Larry Byerly L&C Invite (4/14-15)...Ran the 200 and 400 meters at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18), while also running a leg on the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that finished in 3:35.40.
 

2023 INDOOR:

Opened his season at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), running the 800 meters in 2:02.30.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a new personal best in the 6k at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), finishing 45th overall in a time of 22:12.94.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Set a new personal best in the 800 meters, finishing in 1:58.33 while closing out his season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14)...Doubled in the 400 and 800 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30), finishing in 53.83 and 2:02.77, respectively...Shaved two seconds off of his first 800-meter time of the outdoor season while finishing in 2:00.06 at the L&C Invite (4/16)...Ran his first outdoor 800-meter race at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2), finishing in 2:02.11...Shaved three seconds off his personal best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:17.05 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19).
 

2022 INDOOR:

Finished the 800 in 2:00.81 at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13)...Ran the 800 meters in 2:02.75 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5)...Made his indoor season debut at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23), running the 800 in 1:59.29, and was part of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that placed second in 3:34.09.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran his first 8k as a Viking at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/24), placing 111th overall and finishing in 30:13.1...Finished the 6k in 22:48.0 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where he placed 32nd overall.

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE:

Attended Lake Erie College during the 2020-21 school year…Made the Dean’s List both semesters at Lake Erie College as a freshman…Won the Mental Attitude Award during his year at Lake Erie College…Earned seven varsity letters in cross country and track & field while at Highlands Ranch High School…Received a Leadership Award as a junior at Highlands Ranch.
